The service was satisfactory overall, but nothing special. In the beginning I had to check with the agent a couple times to see what was happening, and to understand this line of business (which really is a system in need of some organization and help). Once we get regular communication establish things were much smoother. The price was also not what I was led to believe it would be initially. I was told around 850 from Illinois to Oregon. Was 1250. The driver was excellent, and called sometimes twice a day to let me know progress
Excellent service and great price. This is my first time shipping the car, I was very hesitant and overwhelmed with all the phone calls from many companies. However, Precious Thompson spent her time answering all my questions. My car was delivered in 6 days. Thank Precious for your time and patience. Highly recommended this company.
The price changed from the original by 255$ and the driver was to deliver the next day but took an extra 2 days, whichI understand is not in his control. That was a disappointment. Other than that, the car was picked up as scheduled and Ryan was very professional and attentive the entire time. He regularly checked in with me to ensure that the delivery took place, and I appreciated that.
Shipping a vehicle for the first time is stressful. I didn’t know what to expect or even if it would be successful. I worried for no reason. This company is excellent, trust worthy, professional and awesome. If I ever have to ship a vehicle again, I will use them and suggest this company to everyone I know!
I needed a flatbed tow, quickly I needed a car transported 150 miles and most companies were a week out. Precious worked quickly and efficiently to get me a tow within 12 hours and I’m grateful.

I’m so grateful for Valery. I needed my car shipped from WA to MD and I was initially very overwhelmed by all of the options and prices that varied so much. Valery was very patient with me and explained how car shipment worked before suggesting that I book with them to save a spot, unlike what a lot of other companies did. She established trust, and made me feel that I was heard. She was very responsive throughout the process, and was quick to help out. Overall, it was a great experience working with her and she represents the company well. My car was picked up on time and shipped with no damage sustained. It did arrive 2 days later than the estimated date, but with it having had traveled across the country I was not upset about it.
