We started out with some skepticism given the reputation of on-line ticket consolidators and the woeful tales of community chat members, but in the end Forbes Whitlock secured the business class bookings we wanted at a reasonable discounted rate - not a crazy lowball rate - and all the requirements we listed: non stop flights, mileage eligible, complimentary lounge access, checked baggage included, etc. We have not taken the flight as of yet, but the flight is booked with the airline, as described. So we are pleased with the experience thus far.

My initial experience booking flights to italy was very good. Drake Dawson was very helpful in booking my original flights to match my group. I required late changes to my return flight that was more difficult. It took more effort due to airline changes . I was disappointed with the cost of this change but I feel Drake did all he could with the parameters he was given.

Agent repeatedly did not call when promised--hours late. Ticket options were not provided on the day promised. I was not informed that seat assignments had been made as requested. It took, on two occasions, days to complete a transaction.
I called Sasha on a Saturday to cover an emergency booking. It took her 3 hours to sort out the difficulties. It was a very messed up situation. She did it.
I will ALWAYS use this company. It like having a private travel assistant!

Steve has done a tremendous job finding a very good business class seat that matches with my travel dates and the locations that I really needed. Without him, I have to go to other city before I can use the business class seats here. Steve had found the great deal within hours while others were not able to do like he could.
