Brandon Hughbanks provided excellent service as we sought to get insurance for our trip in 2025. He quickly answered our questions and helped us understand the terms of the policy in which we were interested. I made my first deposit for our trip on 9/3 and called Brandon on 9/7/23 to purchase a policy, but I was told that we had 20 days from the transaction on 9/3 to buy the insurance. I didn't understand why I couldn't buy it right then and get it out of the way. I called him yesterday 9/19 and made the purchase.
