I would give them zero star if it was…
I would give them zero star if it was the option. Please don’t fall for their low prices it’s a trap. The low price make you wanna buy it and make you feel like you got the best deal but turns out it’s not a deal. They call it “flexible” price and they won’t even let you cancel and refund your initial money. They basically tell you either you take the flexible ticket which turns out to be way off. Either the airport is far , dates are way off or timing. In the end if you want the same date and time they will charge you double the price of what you can find online directly from the airlines. Please be aware it’s a big scam

SCAM! They charged my card but never issued the tickets. After taking my payment, they contacted me claiming I needed to rebook and demanded even more money to secure the reservation. They gave excuses such as airline prices having increased or that I would have to accept long layovers between flights unless I paid more. This is a deceptive business practice. The absolute worst experience I have ever had booking flights! Cheaper will NEVER be better. I paid for the flights. Then got told I had to pay an EXTRA 500$ on top of having to pay for carry-ons & suitcase (which I knew I had to do for the suitcase). I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I paid more for the flight then I did the Airbnb & rental!
Scam‼️‼️ A cheap fare isn’t worth the risk if it leads to unnecessary stress and financial loss. Learn from my experience and proceed with caution. They are very manipulative.

Travoport uses predatory tactics to reel you in. Do not book or even think about them. They have you set up a request, I gave them the right info.
They emailed me saying I put the wrong number so I have to call them back.
Call back and get told that the flight doesn't exist anymore and the airline only offers a different date. No refund, mind you I wasn't charged yet and that I couldn't go elsewhere.
It turned into a back and forth as the woman didn't know her own policies. Which is that they don't charge or finalize the booking until it's done so over the phone.
Definitely a scam and they have hot others before with their predatory business model
