Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the staff members for being exceptionally helpful, patient, and polite during phone calls and reservations. Many people appreciate how support agents take their time to explain flight details clearly and assist with boarding passes without any hassle. Some reviewers were not happy with unexpected price increases that occurred after they received their initial booking confirmation. A few customers also noted being asked to pay extra money or facing unexpected issues regarding their flight reservations. Others mentioned that going direct through airlines might be cheaper after factoring in all extra service fees.

Be careful guys , This agency shouldn’t be operating It’s a highly scam company First u book they send u the itinerary But later they will call you saying that there’s no more seats and you have to pay more Then at the end they will charge you way more than any other travel agency Government shouldn’t allow them to continue Also the customer representatives started being very rude Can’t cancel so you loose your money Beware

Brian Parker was friendly and is very efficient at his job. I'm very pleased with the service he has provided. With thanks.
Scammers are sitting there to fool you. After committing tickets at certain price they will ask to pay double for it or change your travel date ,they should be banned and legal action should be taken against tglhem.pathetic
BEWARE! AFTER I BOOKED A SOUTHWEST FLIGHT THROUGHTHIS WEBSITE, THEY STARTED HARRASSING ME AND WERE LIKE 'THE COMPANY HAS DECIDED TO CHANGE THE DAY YOU WILL BE FLYING & THERE'S NO POSSIBILITY TO CANCEL
He was very helpful and explained everything very clearly Daniel price was a great help
THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. they are selling flights on the website that they do not offer. Then will not give you a refund. I bought a flight they told me 1 of my flight is a "standby flight" I'll have to wait at the airport for 48-72 hours to maybe get a flight. Then the manager told me "this is a rare thing that happen" but if you go on the website right now they are still selling that flight. Meaning this isn't rare they are predatory. Sell you a flight that they can not honor. they try to get you to upgrade for extra money. Or you just lose your money. It's a scam DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I will be suing this company in a class action form. anyone who has been scammed by this company, a case is coming.
Very cumbersome experience. I gave confirmation #, itinerary # and confirmation code, name, email address and agent was unable to find my reservation. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he looked again after explaining your company handled the $1535.96 payment. Finally found it.
Today, is first time I felt appreciated and helped.
Roman helped with my boarding pass. Kind, efficient, and easy to deal with. It was a real pleasure speaking with him today.
Literally the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Their primary fraud is bait & switch. Offer a "discounted" price that they don't tell you reflects the ability of the airline to change not only time, but dates and number of connections. They will offer you your original schedule at a higher price though. Their "supervisor" also lied about whether a ticket had been issued yet or not (it had not). I had a direct round trip flight taking 4 hours each way. They provided two connections each direction taking 34 hours. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
I strongly recommend avoiding Travoport. I purchased a flight ticket through Travoport for a trip that was about three weeks away. The advertised price was $152, which seemed like a good deal. After booking, I received a call saying the airline had received my booking request and was reviewing it. About twenty minutes later, I received another call saying the booking had been accepted. Roughly three hours later, Travoport called again and told me that my seat class was sold out. They said I would either need to change my travel dates or pay an additional $355, bringing the total from $152 to $557. They called this an “upgrade,” but it appeared to be for essentially the same type of seat at a much higher price. The customer service representative was combative and disrespectful. I was told that under no circumstances would I receive my $152 back, and that Delta would rebook me and send updated flight information anyway. I later received an email that appeared to show a rebooked flight two weeks later, with a 33-hour layover. I contacted Delta directly to let them know I believed the booking was fraudulent and that I would not be taking that or any other flight. Delta searched for both the original booking date and the rebooked date, including the flight numbers I was provided, and told me I was not in their system. To make matters worse, I checked Travoport’s website afterward, and they were still advertising the same flight at the lower price, even after telling me it was sold out. Based on my experience, I believe Travoport is not a trustworthy company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
Travoport is a complete scam. Be very careful and do not use this site for any travel booking. Their agents pressure you on calls, promise fake deals, and later try to charge extra amounts without clear approval. After booking, customer service becomes impossible to reach, and getting a refund is a nightmare. I had to follow up again and again with no proper response, and they kept delaying everything. The whole experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. Hidden charges, misleading information, and aggressive sales tactics made this one of the worst travel booking experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding Travoport and using a trusted travel agency instead. Do not share your card details or book flights through this website unless you want stress, wasted time, and possible financial loss.
Run like hell away from this site!!!! It is a bait and switch operation! There are all sorts of "catches" and games that they play and the price is guaranteed to change because the average person will not like the reservations that they lure you into and then they advise you of the ridiculous restrictions that they know you will likely dislike and upgrade. Do yourself a favor and book with a far more reputable discounter or to hell with the discounts, just deal with the airline directly rather than dealing with these people. I spent nearly an hour on hold only for this clown to have switched the airline to one that we don't fly without my knowledge. Entire crew of foreigners running this crap!!! Never again!!!!!!
