I have only used it twice so too soon to tell, but it smells good and my hair seems to like it. I have very fine hair that gets thinner everyday. I lost the same amount of hair as always both times.

BEWARE the heavy handed subscription renewal. Subscription renewals are delivered in the middle of the night and you have exactly 5 hours to be aware of that email and delay/cancel or you're charged. I ended up just delaying shipments until 2029 since there is no way to cancel your subscription online.

They can't seem to be able to process a transaction. Still waiting for product. Ordered shampoo from Amazon and had it next day. With my Amazon card discount price was near the same. When my package did not arrive I texted TryBello and they replied the same day and found that my order had been lost in transit. They immediately started a new order and had it in the mail the next day. I received it in less than a week later.
TryBello gave me great customer service with concern and care.
Their Hair Helper Spray is really making my hair stronger and starting to thicken. I am excited to continue improving my hair with TryBello. Scam Company.I ordered from what I thought was a genuine company a company that I thought was honest but was I wrong very wrong . I placed my order on June the 11 I got a email saying that it had been shipped and gave me a tracking number so I check it an it said that my order was in Laverne so ok cool it'll be here in a few days but was I wrong . After about three times four days I hadn't received anything so I emailed them told them the situation and the next day they emailed me back saying that they would take care of it an find out what was going on with my order an why it had not moved from that mail place.. SO gave them about a day emailed back an the lady said she found my order yada yada an it would be here in couple days so I wait look up the tracking and it's still saying it's in Laverne. Side note the order was supposed to be here in the 16th so this happened after that so I email back again they respond the next day she says give it time an I'm thinking I'm giving it time it's way past delivery day . A couple days go by nothing no package nothing from Trybello nothing so I emailed back and the lady responded the next day I'll send out a replacement order an you will not be charged for postage?!!!!?? What why would I be charged for something thats not my fault it's your fault. I wasn't getting rude or mean or mad until that happened then I mean they never apologized offered parshal refund none of that . That's poor customer service.. So they're sending me your package is on its way and all these sales emails so I ask them to stop an to please give me back my 60dollars that took out if my account in the 11th of June. Still nothing no product no email awh yes one last email that they sent . So the lady sends me a email saying that she put in a replacement order and when it got delivered to me to send it back without opening it or anything then when they get it she might be able to refund my money.. I have tried calling I can't get through to anyone I er the phone every time I email them they send me a email that's says . Your package is in its way .. No it is not stop it .. So I would an will never refer anyone to this scam if a company. An I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed an order .

This is my first use. I liked the smoothness of application and a little goes a long way. The smell is not extremely pleasant but nothing I can’t live with. However the shampoo and spray have a much much better scent.

I just opened the delivery box. Have not yet used the product! Huge tube! Did NOT expect that! I have the shampoo too and I’m anxious to try them together! I’d like to share my experience using TryBello after the 1 month mark. Adhering to the advice of use twice daily, morning and evening, I find my hair to be thicker with troubling spot filling in and less shedding. I had my once a month hair trim recently and my hairdresser remarked on the changes. I showed her the bottle and told her of the easy regimen I have been following and she said not to change what I’ve been doing.
