Avoid - deliveries do not turn up and no accountability
Being desperate to prevent any further post menopausal hair loss, I researched many products on line and decided to try the Trybello Hair Helper Spray as I preferred a topical treatment due to a sensitive gut, and it sold a great story regarding DHT blockers and being totally natural ingredients. I struggled initially to order on line as the system refused me (whilst constantly trying to upsell other products). I contacted Trybello via email (only method of contact) and the order was eventually sorted. It took a few weeks' to arrive and the containers were quite badly damaged due to little packaging. However, I could still use the sprays and decided to purchase some more as delivery took so long and I didn't want to break the treatment programme. I received an email saying my order had been delivered by DHL - it had definitely not been delivered as my daughter was working from home the whole of the day, but we checked outside everywhere and with neighbours - nothing. Our dog will always bark if anyone comes near the door and he hadn't let out a peep. The only way of contacting Trybello is via email - it takes a very long time to get an AI generated reply. I was repeatedly told to check outside etc, despite replying saying I had done this several times. I asked for proof of delivery and eventually (after several weeks') someone contacted DHL who had no photo or signed delivery note, but said the order had been left in a secure porch. We have no porch. If the initial response had been an apology and an offer to re-send the product, I would have accepted this. But after weeks' and weeks' of stressful silence or unhelpful replies, I asked for a refund. This was denied as they still held fast the product had been delivered, despite having no proof, and advised me to contact DHL myself! I responded that my contract was with Trybello not DHL. Eventually I contacted my credit card company who have agreed to a refund. I would not recommend anyone living in the UK to buy from this company.

Hair growth, products that irritate your scalp and make your hair loss worse
I ordered the hair growth spray, the superduper hair growth spray and their hair growth shampoo. After a clogged drain after beginning to use their shampoo and superduper hair spray because I had a very bad reaction on my scalp, very red and irritated and sore. My hair fell out at a very rapid pace after using their product. Now their solution is to send me return shipping labels for any product still in the box. It’s supposed to be 120 day money back guarantee but they lie. I’m only being reimbursed for the things that are unopened which is not what they state in their policy. I do not recommend this product unless you are ready to have your hair fall out more rapidly. This is a scam or racket whatever you wanna call it and don’t ever expect them to step up and do the right thing because they won’t. I don’t have boxes to ship this crap back in, so I’m waiting for them to send me boxes as well because I don’t think I should have to do legwork to return their products which I’m only getting reimbursed for unused products, which is not their guarantee. Do not order from this company unless you want to be scammed badly and have no help from their ineffective Customer Service team that writes endless email asking the same question over and over again. THIS PRODUCT IS DANGEROUS AND THE COMPANY IS A JOKE AND theySCAM PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ADHERE TO THEIR RETURN POLICY OF 120 DAY GUARANTEE. THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU FALL FOR THIS NONSENSE. YOU WON’T GET ANY HELP FROM TRY BELLO.

I was so excited to try these products. I purchased the Hair helper+, the mascara and lash serum.
The mascara was so dried out it literally just flaked off my lashes. The serum is still up for review. I am still using it hoping it works and not wanting to waste what is left of the tube.
I will not know if the Hair helper + does any good because I purchased 2 bottles and they were both 1/3 of the way full. I understand it takes time to work but buying partially empty bottles isn't the way to keep me buying more. Very disappointing. I would suggest researching and trying a different product for Hair growth and lashes. Don't waste your money on empty bottles.

Money Back Guarantee DOES NOT cover Allergies to Product!
Ordered this product after reading online reviews. I unfortunately had an allergic reaction and contacted the company. The best they would do is refund the UNOPENED items! So I am out $99 for products that required a trip to my dermatologist AND they have a money back guarantee! Apparently the guarantee DOES NOT cover if you are unhappy with the product because you cannot use for medical reasons! How legit is a company that does not stand behind their products!

I've been using TryBello Shampoo, Conditioner and Hair Helper for about 8 months and I feel like my hair is more full and healthy. I wash my hair about 2-3 week and apply the Hair Helper almost every morning to wet and dry hair. I just purchased more shampoo and conditioner to keep the health going! Unfortunately the hair spray helper did not work for me. A hair care specialist informed me that the spray alone would not grow my hair back and that I needed to take supplements. I told him I cannot swallow capsules and he informed me that the supplements were very very tiny and easy to swallow. So I agreed and he ordered me a 4 month supply. When I received the bottle I discovered that they were regular sized capsules. When I tied to call it would disconnected and tell me to email. When I tried live chat no one picked up and no one ever responded. Eventually an email was sent via customer service. I told them the hair specialist lied to me and I wanted my money back their response was that I should be able to take them. Unfortunately I cannot. It took several emails requesting my money back before they relented. Trybello has high pressure sales tactics and if you are experiencing problems, getting ahold of a person can only be done through email. Getting a refund will be problematic and will take a lot of your time and patience. If you have more than one spot to treat, the bottle will not last a month. This product feels fraudulent and a scam. Would not recommend. Although the spray advertises that it will grow new hair the trybello hair specialist stated it would not. I could not get a customer service rep to state that the hair helper will grow new hair. No matter how many times I asked they used canned language saying they were sorry my experience was not agreeable.
