I was super excited to experience this new product but unfortunately it never made it to me. After 2 attempts and the carrier wouldn’t follow delivery instructions I called it quits. Granted I did receive a refund w/ in 5 days. It would have been nice to have this product. Jes Suarez

Still waiting for my device almost a month later. They asked me to do this review when I haven't even received my product. I was told I would be a free product if I did this review.I don't have anything to review.What customer service , which is less than to be desired

I ordered a second curler for my granddaughters and we love it. It is quick and easy to do. I can do my hair in 15-20 min and it last sometimes for 2 days
I purchased two, by mistake, of similar ones. I do like the results. My hair did come out straight and the ends were soft. Neither curls the hair ( flippro) but gives the results I have seen in advertisements. Neither burnt my hair or hand.
The first time I used the crimper, it was a learning process. I used the heat protection oil, but should have used more. I've seen other videos and will use smaller sections of hair for more curl. I hope to use it again to achieve the look of curlier hair. But I like the size of the barrel and the small Rovy is light and not hard to use. Love that it has a beep tone to let you know when to move the crimper.
For a long time, I’ve witnessed this product being used, and I couldn’t believe it was real. I watched the videos closely and tried to convince myself that it wasn’t, but I eventually ordered one. My first product was the Tymo ring. To my surprise, it went right through my curly hair after I brushed it out. From that moment on, I was hooked. I became a believer and purchased almost every single product that came out. I have every single product because I genuinely believe in what this company is selling. I try to convince everyone to try it out. They don’t need to spend a fortune at the salon for a silk press. I’ve given them as gifts and told people to be patient when learning how to do their hair. It’s definitely a quick fix and it does not burn your hair. You have to learn how to move with it slowly before quitting. But for the first time, a company is actually being honest about their product. I couldn’t be more grateful and excited about everything they do. Looking forward to what’s to come.

I truly love my Tymo Curlpro Plus curling iron. I love it so much that I have purchased it many times as a gift for family and friends and have also told my friends to purchase it. It does a wonderful job on my hair and the curls do last! Also, the customer service team has been amazing, as one of my family members had her curling iron break and she sent a message to Tymo Customer Service and they were wonderful and replaced her product at no charge. I have been extremely happy with this product and this company!

I was not so sure this would work as it was shown in social media… but it is real! Hair is ready and soft in 15 minutes and it won’t freeze. It is absolutely recommended!
I love my TYMO pro! It’s the first type curling iron that makes curls that hold for 12 plus hours and I usually get up the next day with plenty curls left and can wear it up in a ponytail without recurling it again! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Now I'm covered.. wet hair or dry for perfect styling. Recently got an airbeam and loved it so thought I would try the dry styler, stylex. It's also perfect! Great company, with great products. I'm no professional, but using my new tools is exactly like the photos show and I end up with Salon Professional hair! Highly recommend.
I have had a crazy number of issues with shipping, and when I received my airbeam it died after approximately 5 uses. TYMO has incredible customer service that is very quick, and all of my issues were resolved without having to nag and follow up repeatedly. I am a fan of TYMO's products and customer service. Best curls ever and so easy! My daughter and I both have a difficult time achieving curls with a standard curling iron. Not with our Tymo. It's easy, safe (no burns), and it gives beautiful curls. It's so fast, and fun!
