Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with this product and I am a professional hairstylist that was hoping to use this in my Salon. I tried it on a client and it pulled The hair, did not glide smoothly through so I tried it on my own hair and it snagged as well and the curl did not last. I am mostly disappointed with the return policy. I feel that I have to pay to send it back and end up with nothing. However, I have purchased two other items in the past, but did not have to return them. This was not the best experience.

This is company is a freaking scam I order the tymo flaigh holo I never received.. the company they used to make deliveries left the package by the gate not even in the mail room .. to make the long story short my package got stolen.. and the problem hasent been solved..

Clicked a link to my product on social media. Used search engine to see if it was dual voltage. The product came up as dual voltage voltage so I ordered. Arrived, but it is not. Contacted Customer Service several times to show them the issue, but because under the specific product it does show that it’s not dual voltage. They will not let me return it without paying for it even though they’re search engine populated it as being dual voltage horrific customer

Our Airbeam hair dryer is manufactured in specific voltage versions tailored for different global regions (such as 125V for the US and 220-240V for other markets). Unfortunately, because the product line as a whole encompasses these different voltages, the search engine's automated crawling system incorrectly combined this data and populated the quick search snippet as "dual voltage."

It is definitely a good straightener. I never had any high end brand and I can feel the difference. Makes my hair nice and sleek in just 1 or 2 brushes.
It all began with the automatic curler… then the blow dryer… now the crimper. Honestly, not sure if I’ll choose another brand again ever for hair tools. The value for the product result is amazing. I used to be insecure/bored about my hair, now, my husband can’t stop complimenting it. 10/10 would recommend. 🔥💚
