I never write product reviews; however, I think so highly of the Tymo CurlPro Plus that I feel compelled to help others like me. I'm a redhead with long, thick, coarse hair, and it's straight as a ruler. I have never been able to keep curl for longer than half a day unless my hair was permed. I now use it on Monday and have curls all week long! Where were you in the 1970s when I longed for curly hair? I took my CurlPro Plus to my hair appointment last month, and my beautician fell in love with it! I cannot recommend this product enough!
I ordered ring plus and rovy. I was at first hesitant about the ring plus because it took me 25 min to do my hair which is a long time. Then I tried 2 more times and got the hang of it and now takes me 13 minutes and my hair lasts all day without getting frizzy! ROVY also had a learning curve but now I am getting better and love the timer and crimping look!
The products are decent but the customer honestly is horrible. Definitely still worth the price as the hair appliances are so cheap, but if you need help, be prepared to email them multiple times before help gets resolved.

Well again I’m reporting a MAJOR problem with this defective hair curler! It does NOT TURN ON! I obviously plugged it in - but no buttons light up when pressed to “on” nor is there any heat! I immediately asked for a return label to get a refund, but you only insisted I make a video and send it back.. I DID do short video, but there isn’t an easy way to send it on. I asked many times over past several weeks & no response.. other than your standard “send a video”! This is terrible customer service. I shall write a crappy review if no one replies Shortly. I recently ordered two Tymo products: the CurlPro and the Airbeam Brush, and I couldn’t be happier with both! When I first received my Airbeam Brush, I had an issue where the lower heat setting wasn’t working properly. I contacted Tymo’s customer service, and they were extremely helpful and responsive. They quickly sent me a replacement, and it arrived much faster than I expected. The replacement works wonderfully! The Airbeam Brush is amazing. It leaves my hair with no frizz, and it cuts my drying time in half, which is a huge deal for me because I have long hair! I was also pleasantly surprised by the CurlPro. My curls actually last for an entire week without using any hairspray or other products to hold them. I absolutely love it! Thank you, Tymo, for making such great products and for providing excellent customer service. I’m definitely planning to try more Tymo tools in the near future!
I bought a Tymo hair straightener years ago, and I loved it. Now I'm back and have purchased not only the updated straightener with the flip, but also hair care products and a new hair curler.
