This is way way way too expensive
This is way way way too expensive, I would recommed using fabform.io which is a better form builder and cheaper too

Worst form ever. I literally paid 100$ a month for the most basic stuff. I dont need 10k responses a month, but I literally just paid for a high tier only because of meta pixel integration. This should be available on any tier. DONT USE TYPEFORM
The price of this product is excessive. The step up of features from free to paid is not worth anywhere near the monthly expense. There are significant features missing. There is a very limited dashboard for presentation of results (maybe it's better if you pay even more). You cannot sort responses by multiple items very readily. The export is messy. It just too expensive if you want your form open for a few months.
Why can i not login into my account? I have send also some emails but no any answer!
One of those providers that make it near-impossible to downgrade or cancel subscription
Deliberately complicated to Cancel - don't open an account - that will save you time & hassle of cancellation
Everyone in here complaining about the "free" version limiting form responses. Yes, hence why it's free.. My experience with Typeform has been great. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. They don't just regurgitate help docs, they actually do the research - even if it involves another connected platform. Yes, there are some missing features that would be nice to have but it's the best "question-by-question" form software on the market.
Thanks so much for your positive review Cee. It's great to hear our support team has been helpful, I will be sure to pass on your kind feedback. We're continuing to work on improvements to the product, so feel free to reach out any time via our support channels or Community platform to share any additional feedback you have.
DO NOT USE, they didnt' warn me that I can only get 10 responses. I used this for an important event. Printed out 100 posters and I only had 10 sign up. no warning nothing and I saw you have to pay $45 for only 100 responses. no power over this so i paid.
Hi Kesii, thank you so much for the feedback about the 10 responses. While we do list this information on our pricing page, perhaps it's not as clear as it should be, so I do apologise for the inconvenience caused and will pass on the feedback to our team to review how we're advertising our plans.
I was charged for 2 years without realizing and they refunded it in full!
Hi Sarah, great to hear our support team were able to resolve your billing issue. Thanks for taking the time to share your review!
Unreasonable pricing and underwhelming features. With a pricing as high as they charge, they should have EVERY single feature imaginable in a form, yet even basic stuff (like per-fill basic fields with url parameters) can't be done, fonts can't be controlled,, and so many other shortcomings for such an expensive product. The "free" version allows like 10 submissions with is ridiculous. We switched to another provider and get double the features for less than half the price. Beats me how they are still in the market
Hi Ilya, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback on some of the features we may be missing within Typeform. It's really important for us to be competitive and useful for our customers so I will pass this feedback onto the team, and highlight your concerns with the number of responses on the free plan.
This is basically a scam. It’s a poor, dated product and the way they generate revenue is by charging customers annually and not communicating the renewal so that they keep charging even if the product isn’t used. Stay away from it.
Hi Alex, I'm really sorry you feel that way. We're constantly working on improvements and new features for the product so I will share your feedback with the team, especially around pricing and renewals.
10 answers for the free account is stupid and crazy. I Lost my time
Hi Alessandro, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the free plan. We understand your frustration with only having 10 responses and will be sharing your concerns with our Pricing and Packaging team for future improvements.
Hellscape minimalism. completely unknown options presented in bizarre locations on the screen. the company I'm trying to send a form too isn't hitting all the marks as well-- but still I'm immediately frustrated by this entry method
Hi Keith, I'm really sorry to hear you're not finding Typeform intuitive to use. We're always striving to make the product as user-friendly as possible for both the creator and responder, so any feedback on this is vital. If you did want to share any additional information, please feel free to email us at [email protected] so our product team can learn more.
All of their ads talk about how it's a way to create beautiful form experiences, yet as soon as you start editing the design settings, you see for yourself how it's limited to just a few fonts, colors, and a background image. The form elements extend the whole screen, an annoying long line that can't be reduced in side. Then they add like 200-400 pixels of left margin, so everything is not left centered and not centered either. The welcome screen has text that spans the whole screen which makes it hard to read. How is it that they don't know the ideal line length for legibility? They've also adopted AI bots to handle FAQs, and it's the worst trying to get to a real person because they intentionally make it an obstacle course. I canceled my subscription 3-5 days before the billing cycle, and I distinctly remember sharing the reason for cancellation due to design constraints and bad form UI, and they still tried to process a payment. A customer should not have to resort to screenshots to document cancellation well in advance of the subscription renewal date. Their cancelation flow is also messed up for not sending an official cancelation email to confirm the cancellation was successful. Rather than spending a gazillion on ads, they're better off fixing their damn product. I wouldn't have canceled if their product actually created beautiful forms.
Hi Victoria, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm really sorry to hear you've had a negative experience not only with the design elements of Typeform but also getting your subscription cancelled. We have recently added some AI FAQ options to live alongside our Help Center, Community, and Support team but I totally appreciate the frustration when it comes to trying to cancel. I will be passing all of this on to our Product and Pricing teams to consider as we continue to develop.
I feel really disappointed with my experience using Typeform. They advertise themselves as a free service, but what they don’t make clear is that the "free" plan only allows 10 responses a month. I found this out after I had already created and shared my survey, which made the whole effort pointless unless I paid. To make matters worse, there’s no free trial of the paid plan. The only option was to immediately jump to a $30/month plan just to access the responses I needed. I reached out to support hoping they could offer a grace period or solution, and they were completely unwilling to help. Yes, technically it’s in the fine print, but the way it’s presented feels deceptive. The pricing structure and limitations should be made much clearer upfront. I wouldn’t have used Typeform if I knew this going in, and now I just feel ripped off. There are better, more transparent options out there.
Rubbish. Refused to reimburse when our subscription failed to cancel after completing the exist survey.
Buggy awful product. I design software so I use a ton of software providers to do my job. For some reason Typeform is the only provider I have to get customer support help with on more than half the occasions I use it. I have finite time to work on something. This morning no exception. I find that they've changed the name and the flow of something they used to call hidden fields to something now called URL Variables. That's fine, software changes, but the only issue is that my new variables won't save. Typeform has just wasted the hour I had allocated to my task. I really really hate this software. This is the definition of over promise and under deliver. For the price charged I expect very good, not dire. As soon as a viable alternative is available, I'll switch. I have such a negative experience of Typeform. Please do your UX research better Typeform. You are terrible at user experience.
Overpriced and Misleading – Avoid Typeform! I’m really disappointed with Typeform. When I signed up, there was no clear warning that the free plan only allows 4 responses per survey. I spent hours designing a survey, launched it, and only found out about the limit when responses started coming in. After hitting the limit, Typeform asked for an outrageous amount of money just to unlock more responses — at that point, it was too late to switch to another platform without losing the data and effort I had already put in. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. If I had known about the restriction upfront, I would have never used Typeform. There are much better (and more transparent) alternatives out there. Definitely not worth the trouble or the price!
I needed to create a form for my class, and when I saw typeforms layout I thought it would be a good platform for easy creation of polls. While the design was great, if your on a free plan the max responses you can get is 10. CRAZY. And MINIMUM to get 100 per month is 35? CRAZY X2.
Typeform was a major letdown for me. While the design looks good, the pricing is just way too high for the value you actually get. Basic features are locked behind expensive plans, and it feels like you're constantly being upsold for things that should be standard. I decided to move over to Formly.so, and it's been a game changer. It offers everything I need at a much more reasonable price without sacrificing quality or functionality.
