UberEats does not pay its drivers for going to places where orders have been picked up already. They do not pay because the customer picked the wrong location for pickup. They drop your cancellation rate and say that you rejected the order. The worst to drive for.
If I could give zero stars I would!! Ordered 9 items only received 3 of those items and uber eats has refused to refund me!! Even Icelands the shop o ordered from has confirmed I didn’t receive all 9 items but yet still not eligible for a refund… SCAMMERS ALERT DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Uber Eats are useless. You cannot speak to anyone and they do not respond to messages left for them on their web site. I rang to see where my order was and this Rude nasty female far eastern driver was shouting and screaming and she didn't bring my order. We really don't need this sort of behaviour. Disgusting
Uber allows restaurants to put on their menus the wrong size portions. Eg a 10inch box is only 9inch, when informed they couldn't care less
I ordered from Waitrose through uber eats. Quite a few things I ordered was 50% off when I placed the order, however when I received my actual bill I. had been charged full price. When I contacted uber eats to tell them, I was told that I should have taken photographs of the discounted prices. I’ve never had to do that! It looks very much like a scam to me won’t ever use them again. So dishonest.
Absolutely dreadful why does anyone use this company!! Such a shame because most of the drive is a great really pleasant and helpful but whoever they put in the customer service team clearly has no training whatsoever. We received a meal that was very poor and not up to standard, from a restaurant that we use regularly. I contacted the restaurant who immediately agreed to issue a full refund, they just needed uber to contact them so that could happen. Uber have refused to do this and say that a refund isn't due according to their terms and conditions. This is to refund food that the restaurant itself deemed unacceptable and have agreed to refund and yet uber just point blank refuse to contact them. Shocking customer service. I'll use a different delivery service in future.

I have had multiple order issues from nasty cold food to unsafe bacon from a store yet they just don’t care about customers safety or about what they get. What a joke! No refund even for a wrong item sent.
They take the p1ss! Just go for drives for 45 mins with your food. Takes well to long just to get a driver! Then they go around the world making sure your food is definitely cold!
Bloody disgrace, I ordered a delivery from Domino’s pizzas and uber eats could not find the address which everyone else does, After being over 45 mins rang me and cancelled the order and did not refund me, Now disputing with my bank so hopefully will get my money back ,
Delivery driver never delivered and took my disabled child's dinner. And uber eats have kept all amount paid. Really disgusting and despicable behaviour
If I could give Uber eats no stars I would. The worst food delivery service to have ever existed. They don’t care about the customers at all. Good not fit for consumption doesn’t concern them in the slightest. I’ll never purchase from uber eats again.
Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered from burger king and paid for bbq mayo dips- 75p each and bought 5. Ended up having normal mayo delivered. Contacted uber eats who are refusing to refund as they state the "order was accurate". Despite sending photos. I appreciate it is only £3.75 however how many people are they doing this to? Won't ever use them again to order food
Unbelievable, ordered at 9.30 at 11.30 called Fourth delivery driver and said to him at this time. Burger king was shut and he said yes. Over 2 hours is what a disgrace. Never ordering again. Good for taxes. Awful for food. Never never all the food off this company useless

Placed an order at 5.30pm from Morrisons via uber eats. Due 6.40, then 7.30, then 7.45, now 8.30! I'm recovering from spinal surgery and ordered something for my dinner and now I'm starving. Should have just used GoPuff.
My First order was made from the following restaurant Dela3Kershik in Harrow amounting to £77 should have been delivered via UBER EATS, but the experience was extremely awful and quite disgusting, An imbecile delivery driver who left the order outside the wrong address near bins, from the photo left from the driver confirmation that he had delivered the food order, clearly did not follow the process of asking the customer for their pin code number before leaving the food. This a concerning experience as this is a matter of hygiene as well as incompetence in leaving an expensive food order, next to a dustbin and not checking it was even the correct address. The driver was contacted that evening to enquire about the missing order who was extremely rude, and very dismissive. Overall rating is a minus 0. and i will Definity not be ordering online from the UBER EATS franchise as it is evident some of the drivers are not doing their jobs properly. I paid for a delivery service not to get insults from their drivers.
Horrendous customer service experience. There is no way to call or contact anybody directly. The complaints form is not fit for purpose for so many cases and genuine complaints are being rejected without further recourse options afterwards.
Truly speechless , the way I’ve been treated and totally let down, unbelievable attitude and pathetic SOP “thanks for your understanding”. Totally let down . I was chasing them today for a result and conclusion of the issue that happened 20th June. They told me because over 48 hours , something like that too late basically. Told them I raised the complaint on 20th June at that actual time with them adding the receipt and pictures . So unprofessional , but hey won’t be getting my business anymore or my family’s. There time I think has now come and gone !!! Disgusting
Absolutely disgusting customer service, ubereats charged me extra on my order instead of refunding me, they said they were refunding me due to the order being messed up bit instead they took out more money from my account its now been over 3 days and no one will get back to me.
