Do not trust the positive reviews! We are an award winning Norwegian agency, and our experiense with Ubersuggest is a total disgrace: - We were not able to cancel the trial, and was charged for the Enterprise Lifetime subscription - Support still has not responded to our ticket(s) - There is no Norwegian language support for either AI Writer, Ad Extensions etc. (so for us and any Norwegian agencies this is useless) - There are major data quality issues (just Google "data quality issues Ubersuggest) in major markets (i.e. UK) We do believe that some of the positive reviews are genuine, but as per today, I would stay far away from Ubersuggest until they have resolved all their issues.

I bought the lifetime deal to try out all the features. I found this wasn't for me so a requested a cancellation with any issues. Support staff were helpful and happily helped me process my request.

My wife received a recommendation to use Ubersuggest, it didn't work out, and when she tried to cancel her subscription, the page kept not loading properly over and over again and she accidentally pressed directly above and "upgraded" for $99 non-refundable. When she immediately contacted to explain and cancel they kept her money.

We have purchased the Agency Lifetime access for Orcanically Digital Marketing almost 4 years ago, which saved us a ton of money. The tool has been great. We have multiple team members who use it daily. Mainly we use it for keyword rank tracking, to see where our client's websites rank for the most important keywords. We don't get close to the plan limits, which is great. We use the data from Ubersuggest in our reports, which our clients are impressed with.
