I received an email the day after I ordered. Two weeks later I have not received my shoes. I received an email asking me to review an order I never received. I sent an email inquiring about my order but have not been contacted. You do not have a phone number to reach someone. I will wait a few more days and if I have not been contacted, I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am very disappointed.

The tracking number only showed thatUSPS label was printed and no information. I wrote to inquire about theat and was told to wait 25 days. I was then sent an email to rate the actual shoes that NEVER arrived. This is crazy, I hope you guys do the right thing and refund my money. I cannot express how disappointed I am because I was excited to get these shoes. I will make sure to let everyone know that I recommend to-the site that this is possibly a scam? Or at least not to expect them to be delivered! FANTASTIC, I have no way to reply and I got a reply from the company reading... Dear (my email address) Please note my name is NOT in my email address. Where is the Customer Service on Orders Placed
I ordered one pair for my mother and she received it within 7 days. I ordered a pair for myself and 22 days later and I still have not received them, although I have been charged. Two attempts to contact via email (the only possible way according to their website) and absolutely no response. No shoes and no customer service regarding my order.

This is my second pair
This is my second pair. Although the soles are cloud-like, I find that the outsides seem like plastic. Given this, and the struggle with tracking my delivery- customer service gave me the wrong tracking number twice- I do not think that I will order from UIN again.

I'm hooked on UIN shoes
UIN was out of most sizes,including mine in a style I loved. I wrote to them about a wait list, updates, anything that could get me closer to a pair of those shoes. One of their reps told me to check the website at the end of April and there they were! They are on my feet today. I have 5 pairs of UIN shoes and love them all. You can wear them out of the box all day.

Apparently my shoes are coming from China. Seems that it took a week before the order was activated, and now they seem to be on their way from China but I can't seem to find out where they are or when they are coming. Every link tells me something different. Not a good experience so far.

Quality, comfort and beautiful design
The UIN Footwear is very good quality and the design is always exactly as shown on the website. I have just purchased my 3rd and 4th pair; love them and I never blister in these shoes (I am very blister prone). They are the shoes I wear when I travel because I can comfortable walk for miles in my Toledo shoes.

You can’t return if they don’t fit
I have ordered a pair of shoes from UIN’s website but unfortunately they don’t fit to me so I wanted to return them. I’ve contacted the costumer service they answered my first email and said ‘ Recently our return center is having an unexpected issued and could not accept returned parcels. ’ then sais they can send me another style. I don’t want another style just want my money back and return these shoes. They haven’t answered my 2nd email yet however, it’s been sent 2 days ago. I need to report them. Terrible service, I’m very disappointed.
