Read about the customer service being poor and that has not been my experience. Does it a take a beat to get them sometime, yes. But not everything is overnight delivery. And they are worth the wait.

UIN shoes are easy wear and off, ligthweight, magic insole provide arch support which are perfect for everyday and travel. Personal fave are the slippers. Slip ons are kinda painful

Ordered 2 pair of shoes. One pair had a liner that caused a ridge in the shoe, which could blister foot, while walking. The communication was horrible. Delayed response. Would not reimburse for shipping, said shoe has a natural ridge. I own two other paid and they are fine. Entire process is unacceptable. They have lost a customer.

I read the reviews before ordering. I order a size up like it suggested. It still was too small. I emailed the company for an exchange. They never emailed me back. Never sent a return slip. These shoes are not cheap now. I’m stuck with shoes that I can’t wear. I bought them in October 2022 and it is now, January 2023. And I am stuck $100 shoes I can’t not wear.

Nice looking shoes that are light in weight, thats it. - other than that they are exactly the same size as the measurements on the chart UIN has on their website to found out the size of your feet which then makes the shoes exact and too tight around the toes when wearing them, no spare room. I do not see any point in initiating a return for a swap as the costumer support has shown to be unreliable and not much for good smooth cooperation and actual service willingness. Do NOTE: UIN offer free shipping world wide yet exclude to mention they leave the import taxes and fees to be paid by the costumer and when I wrote a response with constructive criticism, as I unexpectedly got aware of this, they first did not answer at all. Then I emailed again to argue the fact that I did had to pay out more than expected in our buyer/seller deal - UIN chose to drag out my case way over their own set timeline - when they had, finally after much emailing back and forth, agreed upon refunding HALF of what I unexpectedly had to put out and said to do so WITHIN 2 weeks I STILL had to email them AGAIN to mention 2 weeks had passed and no refund had been made. I ordered on the 3rd of Nov-22 and on the 24th of Dec-22 I finally received a last settlemen. My review and understanding is: UIN does not seem to mind or care on giving good smooth service nor if costumers will return or not. Ps. They did send out a separate form to fill in for a review to post on their webpage but as I filled it in and clicked to post it, I landed on a "error 405 page does not exist"-page. Learning: nice looking product is woth 5% - experience and wanting to return is woth 95%
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered two sizes to try and the incorrect size was sent for one of them. I asked to return them, was told that their warehouse in UK was being refurbished and to keep the shoes. They would refund me, they wrote. That was in September 2022 and I am still waiting for a refund despite sending them emails. Has anyone managed to get any money out of them? I would be grateful for advice - these shoes are not cheap and spending nearly £200 on them was a mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE AN EXPENSIVE GAMBLE.

The UIN website turned up on my feed and I thought about it for awhile and jumped in, as I dont buy stuff online. I bought 2 pairs and paid the express delivery. Great news they arrived on time and the fit is perfect and they look exactly like the website. I havent taken them off since I got them they are soooo comfortable

There are lots of bad reviews here and I worried when I ordered my pair of shoes. But they arrived promptly (within two weeks), they look beautiful and they are really really comfortable. A great experience indeed!
The most comfortable shoes I have had in awhile. I have about 8 pairs now. I wear the thicker soles to work as an ICU/ED nurse. I'm constantly on my feet and running. They are colorful, and very quiet. I'm in and out of a room just like that. I see the negative reviews and just don't understand. They are well made, fit to size, and the price is right for the quality. I haven't had to return any because I got what I ordered and liked it.
