First I thought this shoes is made in Spain. Its really cute and colorful. Sizing and comfort are fine. I honestly was hesitant to purchase and not careful enough to read reviews. If the shoes do not fit and you do not like the color, you CANNOT RETURN IT!! Exchange is okay, you paid your shipping fee to the company. They will direct you where to return the items. After reading the review, I am not sure whether I will get a refund or not, even if I paid to return the shoes. I ordered 5, keeping 4 of them pair #5, unsure if It will be safe or not to return them and not receiving the refund...
Too bad, I wish they have good customer service and RETURN POLICY. They lost customers by having such RETURN POLICY, basically NONRETURNABLE EXCEPT DAMAGE quality issues.
Worst customer service. Send item back at my cost a month ago...still no refund. All my emails are ignored. Stay away from this company!

Having previously bought boots from UIN when they went on sale I ordered another pair,unfortunately I'm still waiting on them being delivered only to be told they are out of stock,when I go online my size is available to order,I have repeatedly E'mailed & have had no reply,extremely disappointed with the service,could someone look into this,order No uk3229,still awaiting this to be refunded.

Too much trouble to buy shoes from them. If you never tried their shoes, don't buy it.
They will send you the shoes size too big or too small so that you have to return them, or the package missing.
There is NO Free return, and return process took a very long time and yet still not refund your money.
Super frustrating.
I will never buying shoes from them again.

The shoes fit perfectly to size, are very lightweight and have great wear quality. Shipping time was within expected parameters and they let you know where things ate at the whole time.
Loved the shoe but am waiting on exchange. This style is sized much smaller than previous style I purchased from Uin ( that style was sized bigger than my usual size). So sizing inconsistencies is an issue. Response on my exchange has been very prompt
I just love these mules. So different, fun and artsy! This was my 2nd pair. I get so many compliments every time I wear them and they are so darn comfortable that I had to have another pair.
This is my third pair of UIN shoes and I fall in love more each time. I have small feet, and a permanent foot injury, and can't find anything, other children's shoes, to wear in my town.
