Thought it was a legitimate product but…
Thought it was a legitimate product but they’re a scam, all it is, is a bunch of emulators on a cheap android device. I’m out near 200 quid, their customer service only got in touch when PayPal sent them an email. Now the dispute is resolved (no confirmation of order it turned up eventually) they’re no where to be seen. The product wasn’t even new the SD card had been removed no manual or charging cable. The machine itself has a key logger installed which I thought a little weird. Avoid and just leave nostalgia in the past. edit: So far since I've been in contact I have had an A.I ask me to provide a detailed video explaining my issue, while I have no issues with this it does seem a little odd, (I would suggest changing this to photos when required). I think a human has made contact as things are moving swiftly now and should have this problem resolved within 24 hours. Problem resolved within 24 hours, swift and courteous responses, genuinely seem to care about customer service. Can’t wait to review the product itself the hardware for the price is exceptional. My initial review may have been typed in a fit of pique that’s on me, it’s my first review guys

Fast standard shipment, works, looks as advertised.
I ordered a keyboard, standard delivery (not the fast one). Arrived within around 2 weeks (to scotland). Not a single key is broken or lost. Works like I'd expect a new product to work. Had it for few months now and still performs like new.

If a plush toys for you is a replacement for faulty Anbernic rg557 we're living in 2 different realities ! Don't buy from this shop they're proper scammers! 4 months I fighting for a replacement faulty item or refund. All what I get is a 2 plush toys ! If something goes wrong u can forget about refund, replacement or 30 day guaranteed money back! Avoid this madness what's they're called shop !
