The URX komplete is poorly designed the barrel twist it’s not stable I do not recommend this product to nobody not worth $200 do not waste your money buy something better

The Komplete is designed to shoot the most common pellet weights chosen by airgunners(12-21 grains in .22 caliber). Extremely heavy pellets, or, conversely, extremely light pellets will likely not be able to stabilize. Likewise, with airgun slugs, a diameter in the 0.2165-0.217 will be ideal, with weights 23 grains and lower. The same can be said for .177 caliber. Stay within the bell curve of pellet weights and avoid the extremes.

The gun i purchased was junk

The gun i purchased was junk. I was able to fire only 3 pellets and thats it. Jammed constantly. Tried to return for refund but they would charge me shipping and 15% restocking. They did pay for shipping if I wanted it repaired. As soon as they received the gun back I was issued a refund. It was all a big run around for a Chinese piece of crap.

Fun Quality Pruducts!

The web site is very easy to use. That's great for us old guys! The company kept me informed on every step of my orders progress. The co2 rifle, the BB's, the oil and applicator are all of the highest quality. Now the fun...shooting this rifle is friggin amazing, especially in full auto mode. The experience is off the chart!!!

Instructions on loading BB's was…

Instructions on loading BB's was inadequate. The set screw that goes in the bottom of the magazine is impossible to screw in. When inquiring about help, this is the answer I got "We do not have an exact video made by us but you can find videos on YouTube."

Reply from Umarex USA, Inc2026-07-20

In general, this and other magazines made like it require the follower to be pulled down below the loading port. On some magazines you will need to hold the follower down for the whole procedure and on other magazines you can push the follower tab over so that the follower will stay down for loading. If you are referring to the CO2 screw as the set screw, the threads are drilled in line with the body of the magazine. Do not over tighten the screw.

The magazines for the kcomplete are…

The magazines for the kcomplete are prone to jamming, even with UMAREX pellets. This is most unsatisfactory.

Auto indexing magazines like the ones used on all of our PCP airguns can jam if the user short-strokes the charging handle when advancing to the next shot. In this scenario, the pellet probe will leave the magazine allowing the next pellet to advance into place. If the charging handle is pressed forward, even slightly, it might be enough to dislodge or partially dislodge the pellet from the magazine. Always move in dilberate, full-length motions when opporating an airgun with this style of magazine.
