The product is great.

The experience I had with the product was wonderful.

UMIDIGI (China) does not honor their warranty

My Umidigi A11 has a broken USB plug and is UNDER WARRANTY, but the Chinese Umidigi Store is not really very helpful to my request for warranty service. If you own one of these phones, you better make sure it does not need servicing or you might have to throw it away and buy another brand that backs up their product I have purchased 3 of these phones and all of them failed. One of those was still under US warranty and was replaced by Umidigi in the US. One was out of warranty and could not be fixed. The third is still under warranty, but since I purchased it from China, warranty service is not readily available. Basically, if you have a warranty problem, you probably will have to discard the phone and get another (unless you purchased it from Amazon).

Honest 2 year experience with the A7 Pro

The phone is now barely usable, to the point where I had to change my ROM because the phone kept lagging, overheating and freezing. This phone just can't run STOCK android 10 smoothly. It just can't let's be honest. The description says that it has 4GB of ram but it feels like 1GB, I went to check the background activity and 800+mb were just spent on the OS alone then all the basic activities and a few background apps open, what's left is a little more than 1GB. Almost 70% of the RAM usage is spent on the idle state. The camera app UI is very bad and outdated, the camera quality is horrible; but I shouldn't complain this phone cost less than 100€, NFC not available, No updates, No security Updates. The phone has a Type-C port and "long-lasting battery" description, but my little brother Samsung A10 last longer and charges faster with a Micro-USB port. The worst part of it all is the processor MEDIATEK CPUs are the cheapest and most unreliable option, this phone processing speed is insanely slow it lags & throttles every 2 minutes, I doubt it's even "octa-core" as it's stated in the description (it's probably dual-core) also the processing speed description is 2.0Ghz but it feels like 1.0Ghz Max. Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok performance are unusable it lags, and please let's not talk about gaming. The only positive trait about the phone is the built quality in glass and metal and the case that comes with it. I don't get why all those reviews say 5 stars, there is something wrong here; it's either you all have never seen and used a good phone or you are paid for the reviews... The Bottom line is this phone is shameful to show around and use alone I'm switching to Xioami!

Umidigi is such an amazing smartphone with great features such as camera, memory storage, and the speed of the phone. It's a very very nice looking phone.

Still using my Umidigi A7 pro, was impressed by the performance when I first got it and it's still working quite alright There's been a few crashed recently though, I've had to "hard reboot" twice this year

Two Umidigi F2 at same time, two different experiences

Purchased two Umidigi F2 at same time. One works like a charm, the other often freezes. Both are using same plan on same network provider, at same place. So, there are some quality issues. Also, there's NO software or security updates AT ALL after released. Do not expect it, they won't come.

Umidigi and their exceptional phones

Umidigi provides unique and sophisticated phones based in reviews, from the battery, RAM, ROM, user-friendliness I've seen over the internet, though I have had one to myself. Hope to have on of their brands soon.

Good for money, But not Software support

Devices are cheap in price, not bad in quality. But it lacks Firmware Update. I bought Bison 2020 and It only got 3 updates that too Android 10, not even 11.

I purchased a Umidigi F2

I purchased a Umidigi F2. It was a well-rounded phone that met all my needs. The only issue I had was the lack of software updates/support. The phone came with Android 10 but it never allowed me to update to Android 11.

Umidigi Bison Pro - problems

Umidigi Bison Pro - bought it from official seller on eBay. Very disappointed. OMG it was rendered incompatible by Google Play store when I tried downloading some commonly used Apps like Amazon / calendar / notification LED / Gallery. Seller was not eager to help, didn't offer or suggest any solution - Nada. Another issue - the 3 additional buttons on the both sides get in the way when holding. Often clicking them accidentally and turning something on. Quite annoying.
