Everything I’ve ever ordered from you has taken weeks to get here. You give me a shipping date of like 5 to 7 days and it’s taken three weeks. I still haven’t received my polo shirts. It’s been over three weeks since I ordered them.

A bit of over communication from the company while awaiting delivery. Shirt is sized small. That said, it stretches well and is comfortable. I have only worn it a couple of days after a prewash. It is comfortable yet tight (that may be by design, but for my body type {larger belly}, it's not my style). I will give it more time to wear in.

I will certainly complement the company on their advertising campaign, but the actual products are very disappointing when it comes to quality and fit. Ought a couple of shirts and immediately return them. The price point is fair, but I’m certainly not impressed with the quality.

Delivery and Replacement Dissatisfaction
Upon placing an order, I noticed that some items were available, while others were backordered. While this is understandable, I’m disappointed that the entire order isn’t shipped until the backordered items are ready. Moreover, ordering items separately doesn’t offer the same discount. Additionally, a shirt from a previous order developed a hole in the seam of the armpit. This was a defect in the shirt but the site does not let him initiate the lifetime guarantee, or at least is confusing to navigate so he couldn’t get it exchanged.

I bought one of these shirts and loved it so much I bought 4 more, 4 pairs of the boxers and 4 polos. I love them all and they are as advertised. This company is amazing, shipped quickly and is a very high quality shirt.
I’m very busy and could not figure out…
I’m very busy and could not figure out how to return a shirt that didn’t fit right. I liked the fit of the polos but they shrink a little weird and lose their shape when washed/dried and dont really get back to the original shape. I still bought another polo after the problem figuring out the return, but I have a lit of hesitance about ordering things online that aren’t easy to return, especially things I didnt have a chance to try on first.

XL Tshirts are TOO small!
I’m a 6’2” athletic build and ordered the XL Polos and 4 of the XL Tshirts. The XL polos are great and fit perfectly! I’ll be buying more in different colors. The XL Tshirts are way TOO small. They fit too tightly. The torso length is too short. I’ve already washed them and now I’m stuck with 4 Tshirts (>$100) that don’t fit. ALSO: Both packages were obviously opened and then taped closed with Red Tape! WTFO? Undrdog what can we do here???
