I ordered 3 different sizes, my own fualt not measuring ahead. Ths customer service was great, my cosplay peek. Boots stayed on for 8+hrs no pain! And I was staff at the convention running around! Will be buying from here again

After I placed the order, they reached out to me to ensure I knew that sizing was for a different country. They asked that I measure the person it was for and I did. They told me that size would not work for those measurements but they would custom make it at no extra charge. When it went back to manufacturing, they were told a few of the measurements didn’t make sense and ask that I remeasure which I did. They were right. This was for a 19 year old male with Down Syndrome whose measurements are different than normal people. The only negative is that I specifically said I needed it for Christmas because he still believes in Santa. I didn’t get it until December 29th but I was able to give him a photo with an engineered explanation. He loved it and put it on right away. Quality is excellent and I may order a different super hero next year (but much sooner)

Overall, I am ecstatic with my premium Superman 2025 suit. I am deeply grateful that the costume fits perfectly, especially for someone as tall as me, standing at 6'7" (2.01 m). Furthermore, they double-checked the measurements I sent in immediately via email (as mentioned on the website) - a huge merit from me for their effort and accuracy.
