The quality of the contacts are better than other sites I ordered from, My only issue was how long shipping took. Appreciate will be doing more business with u in the future

very sad with the lack of quality recently..

I used to buy contacts from here all the time for years but, the last 2 orders i made the yellow contacts were so thin and dry and just such poor quality. they just fall right out of your eye i never experienced that before but it was ridiculous so $30 down the drain there. a black pair i got, one of the lenses was sliced in half when i got it so another 30 down the drain. the order before this one, the black one i got had a small cut in it. i sent them pictures and they didnt care so just a big yikes there. i dont know, maybe try pinkparadise instead because the quality has gone down hill bad. ive NEVER had these problems before with this company until this year.

Contacts were amazing! Just a little different than I'm used to

The contact came way earlier than expected and they were awesome! The only thing that made me give it 4 stars was that the water content in the contacts was just a little higher than I'm used to so they got stuck. As well as they were thinner than I thought they would be, hence more fragile. Other than that the color of both were fantastic and they were super comfortable.

I ordered some contacts on 10/13 and paid the extra $20 for expedited shipping to make sure I would get them before Halloween. Today is 12/01 and I still have not received them. I have tried to request a refund and have emailed them but still have not got any response. Currently trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they said they would contact them. Hopefully they have better luck than me.

Order seized by the FDA

My order got seized by the FDA for labeling issues. I was also prompted to reset my password on the website due to it being "unsafe", so I'm assuming they had a data breach. After the massive customs fee and this, I won't be ordering here again.

Ordered contacts a month before…

Ordered contacts a month before Halloween. Paid $50 something dollars in shipping to get them within 5 business days. They never came. Then I started getting emails from UPS saying I needed to pay an extra $30 to get them delivered.

Love them!

Though I had a hard time keeping track of where they were they came in decently quick and they are such amazing quality. Best part they are pretty cheap. Great for my Denki Kaminari cosplay

4 pairs of contact lenses missing?

I have only had good experiences so far with uniqso, but on this occasion only 1 of 5 pairs of contacts arrived. The package was seperated into two, and one package said it’s been delivered but won’t show me tracking and hasn’t shown up in the mail.

Contacts were messed up I've never had an issue with 17mm mini sclera contacts b4 in my life as I did with the ones I ordered from yall, then I was offered a b.s. excuse told I'd get partially refunded after I cut the contacts in half and was refused to get a replacement pair asap and after a battle on the partial refund and how thats not what I wanted 😑 I wanted the contacts I ordered and spent A LOT on only to finally be told I could get a different pair of the same amount the contacts were that I got but that they wouldn't give me the same pair which are what I wanted in the 1st place smh I should have gave 1 star but since they are now willing to let me find a new pair that I'd like is the reason why I gave 2 stars though honestly idk why I should have to cut their defective contacts in half and show proof b4 they even help me out it was pretty damn clear in my photos they were folding over and doing some weird sh!t that I've never had happen to me b4 in my entire life of wearing any type/style/brand/size of contacts ever.. I think they would have atleast wanted to look into the issue not just destroy them and not figure out what was wrong with the in the 1st place but whatever! Smh

This is the second time I’ve bought…

This is the second time I’ve bought contacts from Uniqso and they came pretty fast. They quality was great and not that difficult to put in. I bought the blue mesh contacts which blurred my vision but I could still see decently. It was like wearing blurring sunglasses inside.

Never received half my order and had no contact from the company despite emailing twice until the day i needed the order to be in, even when I paid $60.00 dollars extra. Maybe dont guarentee 5-10 day shipping if you cant guarantee 5-10 day shipping. I am appalled and disgusted with this company
