My wig came in ripped

My wig came in ripped all the way in the lace but all they offered was to review the vendor. The wig was $50 and yet I'm not offered a replacement.

Easy to contact

Easy to contact. Contacts are comfortable and easy to wear, always give contact lense box to store them. Sometimes the contacts can take a while to deliver so have to order in advance but other than that I recommend them. I always buy my coloured/Halloween contacts from them

3 out of 4 products were great. SUBPAR customer service

I like 3 of the 4 products I purchased. Awful customer support, lack of communication, clarity, and engaging follow-up but Google certainly doesn't mind doing their work for them. I paid an additonal Express Delivery fee of $25 to ensure I would get the contacts to test before actually using them for an event. On the website, the delivery date was to be October 7th (I placed my order of 4 different colors of contacts from different manufacturers September 25th) October 11th UNIQSO replied to my email saying they could no longer ensure that delivery date and would process my additional expedited shipping fees ($25). Since just that communication-it has been almost 3 weeks. I checked my bank statements and they charged me $97.64 within 8 hours of my order yet has not refunded the $25 in over 110 business hours/14 business days. Due to bankers hours, time differences, weekends, and more I will allow even MORE than 10 business days for this refund to clear before I follow up. ***Edited to add/reply*** Thank you, UNIQSO. I have not only directly emailed, I used your "contact us" link. Honestly, I'm wasting my time and already wasted my money trying to expect a real resolution. In regards to your company, the left hand clearly doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Where is my package

I ordered in August it’s almost November, and i still haven’t received it.

Sweety Pink Anime Contacts

The sweety red contacts were good this time, but the anime pink sweety contacts I got before for my Euphemia cosplay stung this time, so I couldnt wear them. :(

I usually really love uniqso contacts but…

I was looking forward to a new set of grey contacts for an upcoming cosplay and open the package to find the first one completely ripped and unwearable... I also tried to contact uniqso about this to be left on seen on instagram and left with no reply via email... quite dissapointed as usually uniqso is my go to for contacts but this lack of customer support is making me consider switching to another seller.

Ripped lenses

The delivery was good 6/10 but I didn't pay much for it so not bad, the product is exactly as advertised, but the product was of such a bad quality that 4 different lenses all ripped in a span of a day, I expected they wouldnt last 2 weeks but for all of them to rip in 1 day, extremely dissatisfied

My Forgot Me Experience

I have been getting contacts from unique so for quite some time now. I love their variety, prices, and specials sales that they have.. I also have great wigs Biggs. This last experience though, I actually didn't hear anything for over a month I emailed back and they said they were out of one and sent a refund for 1 pair, I ordered maybe 8 pair at this time period so they did refund for the 1 pair, but I literally waited another 34 weeks before and I emailed never heard anything back, and they just showed up like 4 weeks later which was 2 months 2 months, and I paid for speech shipping I did not message to complain when I should have , but I'm really not happy about this situation . But it's the last this is the only bad experience out of several that I've had with them. I think they just forgot me so twice.

2nd set of torn lenses

This is the second time I’ve ordered lenses and they were torn when I opened the package. It’s really sad because these are my favorite lenses and I’ve been buying the same ones for over two years now. Not too sure why they rip in the package but it’s really disheartening especially when I pay for express shipping which costs more than the lenses

Great eye contact

Great eye contact, shipping was a little confusing but still worth the wait.

They look great! Came on time as well. Only issues is that they spin a little, which is fine! Just it spins a lot. And one contact feels like something is poking my eye, i already checked and it is the contact itself, otherwise everything was great!

Ants galore and wrong colour.

I got the package after a month and a half, 3 weeks past the date it was due to be used. Secondly the outside was covered in dirt, I thought it was fine until I opened the package and it was full to the brim with ants I retrieved my contacts box inside and that had even more ants. The contacts themselves had ants floating in it????? And they were pink to yellow not purple to blueish in colour I’m just pissed off. Would not recommend.

The contacts I received were great but I didn’t get one of the sets I ordered. When I emailed them they said it was delivered but it wasn’t

Keqing Cosplay

I ordered the new Keqing cosplay (the new skin one) in the size L, but although I made the mesurements and saw the sizes that matched my body type, the cosplay came smaller than I could imagine. My body wears size M, and I asked for the L one, because I was affraid it wouldnt fit, but I still didnt. Never the less, the cosplay and the wig (Zhongli) came in perfect conditions!

Customer service is always great! If any problems arise staff makes sure to try to solve it as quick as possible :D
