This time I was a bit sad to receive my order in a poorly packed parcel 📦 my three wigs were stuffed in a plain box with no receipt or company brand/logo. It makes me doubt the heritage and the quality compared to my previous orders. The quality seems in order.

Waited almost 3 months for them

Waited almost 3 months for them, tracking information wouldn’t get updated til I emailed and asked what’s going on. Was brushed off and told to talk to someone else when I asked if I could just refund it cause it had been so long. Contacts are pretty but that was a nightmare.

I used to love ordering from Uniqso but…

I used to love ordering from Uniqso but the shipping times have become incredibly too long. Almost a month of wait time, even if you're paying for faster shipping. The lens quality has also gone down. The last two pair of lenses I have received have been blurry despite having a current prescription that works for me.

Easy to order and has many options. I enjoyed the contacts I received. The only thing is I ordered snowflakes contacts and it didn't give a warning that it would compromise my sight. They were beautiful lol. Minus that and the fact that it takes a long time to ship to me. I loved everything.

I ordered a pair of black sclera contacts, and I used them 2 times. The second time I put them in they started decentegrating in my eye. Not worth the price I paid in the least!

Qiqi contacts and wig

I ordered colored contacts and a Qiqi wig at the beginning of November. I got my contacts before Thanksgiving but my wig I did not receive until December 24th. At that point I already sent a message to support asking for an update if they could. Support was super helpful and let me know because of holiday and the pandemic it was running late which was more then alright with me. It was just confusing to get my contacts first when I bought them at the same time but hey this stuff is just out of your control sometimes. They ended up giving me a refund on the wig which I wasn't expecting but super nice of them. Its only 4 star because the wig is a bit thin but with styling it would probably help with that. I would buy another wig from them because I did like my Zhongli wig I also got that wasnt thin and was perfect.

Shipping was great; I had to get express to make it in time for Halloween and really appreciate all the clarity and notice of viable timelines. The contacts themselves are also great and look cool. Once in, they were mostly comfy. I had one contact that caused a scratchy feeling regardless of the care I took putting it in - a bit annoying, but I eventually got used to it (I even tried it in both eyes and still a bit scratchy). I also appreciated the instructions that come, though it’s difficult to visibly discern an “inside out” contact sometimes.

Not for everyone.

There arent any clear instructions on how to properly insert the sclera contacts and while i like them, they are both very painful and extremely uncomfortable. I only recommend these to folks who don't have astigmatisms or do not have oddly shaped eyes.

Bad Shipping, Alright Product

The shipping time was honestly awful. The product took nearly a full month to ship, with no updates as to why it took that long. The product itself was alright, but I would've needed the contacts to be weighted in some way, as they kept rotating in my eye and ruining the look. (They were cats eyes)

No reply to additional tax fee

Usually they are good! Although they reply really slow , like after 2-3 days but hey, they are busy, busier at Halloween times! They have a lot of product and I love them for that! Especially cosplay lenses! They’re packaging are really cute!!! The downside is that the discount box code it’s not intuitive and they don’t have a guide in the faq for that. Also they charge a tax fee if you select the “express shipping”: That’s fine if I didn’t had to re-paid to the express courier once the package arrived at the destination. Usually I pay that fee for that extra shipping, but last time I had to pay twice: 1 at the checkout and 1 to the courier. So I asked to the custom care if that additional “tax fee” I paid what was for? But they didn’t reply :( In that order I used a discount code of exchanging points of their website. :S Also that order was more than 150€, so it could be also because of that! Some states has an additional fee after a limit of invoice!

Something sharp in a contact

I received my contacts and put them in their cleaning container, then shortly after put them in (today). One of the contacts has something sharp in it and I'm not sure what it is, but I've cleaned it several times and it won't go away.
