The contacts are good quality but…
The contacts are good quality but ordering multiple and depending on the time of year is chaotic and ridiculous. Don’t order anytime between October to January. They lost my order and I never received my package until 4 months after. I recently bought 2 pairs at the same time almost 2 months ago and they said the second pair was from a “different warehouse” and yet it was the same brand (Sweety candy). I’m still waiting for the second pair.

Good customer service
Good customer service. I bought 5 pair for my daughter. I did become concerned when one pair arrived and the 4 others did not. I contacted customer service and they got back to me quickly and addressed the situation. Within a week the others arrived. Great products.
Shipping experience was weird.
For some reason the eye solution and lens cleaning device came about 36 days later than the simple red contacts themselves. Why werent they just shipped together? I had to go my local drug store to buy eye solution so i could use the damn things i couldnt wait any longer. I check the tracking once and they claimed theyd be delivering it on 02/22/22. It proceeded to deliver on 02/28/22.

Well I bought two different pair that where real cheap and real cool but I ordered them like 2 months ago and still haven't got them. I put in a claim and they say there coming but idk anymore trying to wait to see. Definitely won't be buying from them again.

You see, service was nice, but I lost my package in the mail. It wasn’t clear whether I would actually get another one sent to me, but given that I got a refund it was a given to me that I would not be receiving a replacement package. I would absolutely try to buy from here again, but I’d be more cautious and spend less money next time around.

I'm having problem with my order as I had to fill things for customs and after asking for details on order they didn't reply. So my package is stuck at customs for month now and it didn't even started the process there... However they sent it quickly.

The contacts are great
The contacts are great! They're pretty soft so it's a little difficult to get them on, at least for me lol

took forever to deliver and lots of miscommunication. quality of contacts is still amazing

its good, hair at the top of wig is a bit stiff like glue but the rest is fine
Processing takes about a week
Processing takes about a week, shipping is around two weeks with express. But the quality is great. :)
Minor complaints
I was emailed that my order was delivered but I didn't receive it until a few days later. Some items are not so clearly labeled as dailies as I ordered a contact lense expecting the lasting one not the daily one.

one of my contacts won’t stay in place and keeps rotating upside down. other than that customer service and shipping is great
They look great but it's impossible to…
They look great but it's impossible to see anything clearly enough to wear them safely. If you're doing stationary photos they're perfect. If you plan to walk around in them, like I did at a convention, they're definitely not good for that, nor safe.
shipping was fast
shipping was fast, but a pair of yellow contacts I ordered showed up more green than yellow sadly
