This is the worst distribution platform I've ever used I woke up to a mail saying all my albums taken down, 51 of my created songs taken down at once! All my hardwork gone! And y'all are very absurd, you didn't do anything 3 months ago when the songs went live It is this month I'm expecting my royalties, y'all took down my songs and disabled my DEBUT+ subscription without any explanation! The DEBUT+ subscription is currently useless, I'm unable to upload my songs again, saying I should contact support that NEVER replies! Why will you suspend my DEBUT+ subscription that is barely 3 months old? What did I pay it for? I need a refund of my subscription fee, I'm very disappointed in this platform. United Masters Siphoned 140 Tracks for Super Bowl Sync Deals and Ignored Legal Communications Petroboyz Entertainment is issuing an urgent warning to all independent record labels regarding United Masters. On January 1 2026 , we moved 140 tracks to their platform , by January 15 they had fully ingested our music and rammed it into their sync deals. Our monitoring systems tracked our catalog being played across major network broadcasts on January 12 January 19 and during the February Super Bowl. United Masters completely bypassed standard legal protocols. They licensed our independent masters for major commercial events, generated revenue off our catalog, and have frozen us out of the backend data. We have sent a formal Cease and Desist and bombarded their corporate and legal departments with emails demanding an investigation. They have completely ignored us. They are comfortably collecting the revenue from a 100% Disabled Veteran and the hard work and talent of Petrobaby Trizzy while refusing to provide accounting or contracts. We demand a full Executive audit, the immediate release of our sync cue sheets. a full financial payout for the Super Bowl and January broadcasts. Do not trust United Masters with your catalog they exploit independent artists when the corporate money comes calling.

I was a UnitedMasters user for…

I was a UnitedMasters user for approximately 7 years and recently upgraded to a yearly UnitedMasters Select subscription because I planned to continue releasing my music through their platform. Shortly after upgrading, my account was permanently terminated due to alleged “abnormal streaming activity.” I repeatedly asked what specific activity was identified, where it supposedly came from, and what evidence was used to reach this decision. Unfortunately, I never received clear answers—only repeated statements that the decision was final and references to the Terms of Use. What disappointed me the most was the lack of transparency. If there was truly an issue, I wanted to understand it so I could prevent it from ever happening again. Instead, I felt like my questions were never actually addressed. To make matters worse, I paid for a yearly Select subscription that I can no longer use. Apple denied my refund request, and UnitedMasters also refused to issue a refund, even though my account was terminated shortly after I upgraded. Paying for a service that became unavailable almost immediately has been extremely frustrating. I respected UnitedMasters for many years, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I hope they improve communication, transparency, and the way they handle long-time independent artists in situations like mine.

I've had a great experience with UnitedMasters' customer service. Their support team was professional, responsive, and took the time to answer my questions clearly. They made the process much easier and treated my concerns with respect. It's always reassuring to know there's a team that's willing to help when you need it. Awful "Senior" Support. Copy-pasting automated templates to paying DEBUT+ artists.

I am thoroughly disappointed with UnitedMasters. I am a paying user on the DEBUT+ plan, expecting professional distribution and support. Instead, my entire original studio albums were falsely flagged and blocked from Instagram and TikTok audio libraries by an automated system. When I contacted support, "Samanta" sent me a generic copy-paste template claiming my music is "ineligible ambient/production music." My music is 100% original electronic art composed entirely on a hardware Eurorack modular synthesizer—every sound is completely unique and exclusive. I replied explaining this, asking for a human review. Instead, a "Senior Support" member named Mikaeus took over the ticket and literally copy-pasted Samanta's exact reply word for word without even reading my explanation. This is an absolute joke and extremely lazy. They ignore paying indie artists and rely on broken AI filters. Look into my case and perform a manual human review immediately! Ticket #1206846

Withholding royalties, ghosting support

United Masters is holding my Tidal royalties and refusing to release them. I have contacted their support repeatedly, but no one responds. They keep money that rightfully belongs to artists, with no explanation and no clear way to resolve the issue. This is not a service — it’s a scam.

Do not use UM if you want to get paid for your music

Shortly after releasing my debut album, UnitedMasters (UM) withheld a significant portion of my earnings, citing “Spotify artificial streaming” as the reason. Since then, they’ve refused to engage further unless I provide evidence that I used a marketing service — something I have repeatedly stated I did not do. My account balance remains in the negative, yet UM appears willing to remove music over missed or disputed annual payments. The lack of transparency and communication has been extremely frustrating. On top of that, the platform feels heavily US-centric. If you are based outside the US, support can be difficult to deal with, and parts of the interface are poorly localised. For example, it suggests touring in random American cities and uses US date formatting (e.g. 5/2/26), which is confusing for international users. Overall, the features do not justify the experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this service.

UnitedMasters completely failed to deliver on their Debut+ service. The distribution of my album was delayed, and when I asked about the release, it was already past the scheduled date. They gave me a flimsy excuse instead of taking responsibility. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Do not use this service.

Joined the platform in 2022 it was good until they updated they're terms and conditions, now if you don't pay they just delete all your songs from the internet even if you paid for those songs to be distributed ,and again I got more than 50k streams but I only made less than $50
