Horrible after washing
Purchased 3 toppers and none of which ever returned to its original state after washing. So discouraged, after spending thousands of dollars between 3 toppers and buying recommended hair products and styling tools to protect and preserve. I reached out to the customer service team. Although they were responsive, they just repeated everything online and as they advertised on UniWigs social media platforms. SAVE your MONEY and invest in a company that stands behind there product.

Terrible Product Quality
I would completely avoid purchasing from this company. I bought the upgraded Aura topper, and the quality has severely declined. It has been nearly two months, and no one from their team has reached out to address the specific issues I reported. I was promised via email that my case would receive a detailed review, but instead, I was completely ghosted. The topper bleeds severely when washed. The hair on this 12-inch topper looks like it was cut with shears, and after washing, the ends look extremely damaged and full of split ends. My topper also shed noticeably the very first time I washed it. On top of that, the front edge of the cap is visible, making it extremely difficult to blend, and the topper does not sit flat on my head. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. I would much rather spend more money on a company that actually provides quality products and stands behind them than waste another dollar on this company. In my experience, this topper has been a complete waste of money, and the lack of customer service has made the situation even worse.

I absolutely love my UniWigs Amber Silk Top Remy Human Hair Topper in Truffle Brown! I was nervous about wearing a hair topper for the first time, but it has made such a difference in how I feel about my hair. The human hair is beautiful, soft, and looks very natural. The color blends really well with my own hair, and I love that the silk top gives the appearance of a natural scalp and part. It’s also lightweight and comfortable, which was very important to me because I didn’t want anything that felt heavy or looked like too much hair. I also love that I can adjust the part and style it to blend with my own hair. It gives me the extra coverage I wanted without looking obvious. I also have to mention the customer service at UniWigs was amazing. They were helpful, responsive, and made the whole experience so much easier, especially when I had questions. So excited to receive Lesley as I've never tried a ponytail wig before. It's much easier to put up than a regular wig. Cap is really comfortable on my 21.5" head. Hair feels nice. Super impressed.

I tried the amazing ORIGINTM Isabella| Remy Human Hair Lace Front Wig & am absolutely in love with this wig! The hair is buttery soft & naturally shiny & just looks like it's growing out of my head! The cap construction is lovely as well - hugs your head so well & doesn't fall off whatsoever without being uncomfortable. Can only highly recommend this truly wonderful wig!!

They offer lower cost options and budget hair pieces for women who cannot wait a long time to save up, but want to feel better now. They also have many different options. Different topper cap styles, densities, and hair textures. Finally, their customer service is great!
I have purchased now three wigs
I have purchased now three wigs. The first one my salon ordered for me through Coal Creek Salon is was good. The second wig I ordered myself the Willow upon washing one side fell off half down the wig. I sent several emails have spoken with several and keep getting the run around. The wig is obviously defective. I washed the first wig and it is still fine. I used Johnson's Baby Shampoo as discussed in all my emails. I even included pictures of the problem. It is clear you have not intention of making this right. You are operating I guess in several countries. You are not a reputable company or you would have handled the situation more professional. I will be seeking any and all resources to force you if possible to make good on my purchase . I received the Jada two days ago that I ordered it is not very good quality and the color is not the brown that I ordered the first time through my salon it is darker but you color code is the same. I will not be sending it back because your customer service is so bad you will probably try to not refund me. I am so discussed with your company. Perhaps truning this over to a legal entity is the way I need to proceed

My favorite topper
I really love the new Vianne topper. I chose the Ivory Cream Blonde and it's so pretty. It has a really nice natural dimension to it, so it looks very realistic. Honestly, this is my favorite topper I've ever bought.

Courtney is amazing! When I first opened the box at home, I was already very excited because the hair felt super smooth and soft. I chose Vanilla Butter Blonde that blends really well with my own hair. This has been a really satisfying shopping experience!
Great coverage
My hairline has receded quite a bit, and the Evelyn Hairline topper has made a big difference for me. It gives really nice volume and good coverage. I'm really happy with it!

I returned an item and requested return before it was delivered
I returned an item in its original shipping box without ever opening or using it. The return request had already been submitted before the package was even delivered, and it was sent back promptly in the same condition it was received. Despite this, $50 was deducted from the refund, even though I also had to pay for the return shipping. There was no clear explanation for this additional deduction. Charging customers both for return shipping and an unexplained $50 fee on an unopened, unused item is disappointing and feels unfair.
