The quality of the Airy Elegance topper with closed lace is excellent. The color was beautifully enhanced with professional looking highlights. It doesn't lay on my head as flat as I would like. The clips popped out when I tried to attach them to my hair, and I think the cap is a little too big for my head. However, the topper itself gets five stars. The one star is for customer service. I emailed them immediately upon receiving the topper, as I wasn't sure if the color was going to work for me. I did remove the hanging tag, but I did not style it, wash it, wear it outside, or alter it in any way. I would have liked some guidance about a return or possible exchange, but they never responded, although I did receive an auto response that a ticket had been created for my query. Very disappointing. One of the reasons I ordered from this company was based on the positive reviews of their cutomer service.

Don’t buy from this company at all costs, The wig wasn’t the wig I ordered totally different colour,I ordered one with a fringe and the inside was the wrong material ,hair falling out and not natural too shiny and very poor quality ,so won’t be ordering from them again £95 down the drain plus it wasn’t delivered to my address either had to go miles out of my way to collect it very dissatisfied with this wig company they are rude and nasty too when you complain didn’t get my money back 😞

After much hesitation, I finally ordered a topper. IT IS FANTASTIC! I wish I had done it years ago. The hair is beautiful, matches nearly perfectly to my natural color and I cannot love it more. I ordered the Mousse Brown and it looks so natural!
I was only going to wear it around the house until I got used to it, but I put it on and I never wanted to take it off. This is the hair I have always wanted.
I ordered the Breeze because it seemed to be the most breathable an it took me a few days wearing it, but now I don't really feel it.
I thought I would be shy about wearing it out as I don't normally like to have a lot of attention drawn to myself, but I have want to stop people and tell them to look at my hair! :)
The order came quickly (placed the order on 5/2 and it arrived on 5/8) and I am going to order another so I can have one straight and one curled.

The Upgrade Courtney lace front is hands down my favourite topper. The 110% density is the perfect amount of hair and looks so natural. I love having the option to wear the lace front in front of my hairline, and the Dusty Ash Brown colour is absolutely gorgeous. The hair feels incredibly soft and smooth.
I have tried several human hair wig toppers, but none have beat this one . Its closed lace 12 inch length, breeze, ultra breathable ponytail topper. The parting is like nothing ive worn before. It blends in so well. Lightweight. You cannot tell that this is a wig. The hair is silky soft . My confidence has soared since wearing it. What joy to have lovely hair as I have bald spots and thinning on top. I live in the UK. I received the topper from the US in under a week. Great service and beautifully presented in a gift box. Worth every penny.
I have had all positive experiences with Uniwigs. I started with a topper, loved it and then went on to buy a human hair wig: Jade. I was so in love with her that I just placed another order for Amelie (another human hair wig).
The hair is of excellent quality and the density is very natural. Also the cap construction has been top notch. So very comfortable for all day wear.

I am so impressed with my 6x6 Amber Silk Top human hair topper. The colour blends beautifully with my own hair, even though it’s slightly lighter, and it still looks completely natural. It sits so flat against my head with no bulk, and it’s incredibly easy to clip in and style.

What's different about this wig is that it's low density- only 110%. Even though Burmese hair tends to be thicker, this behaves a lot like European hair because there isn't as much of it. I was recently able to try Amelie. She is the perfect bob! This style makes you look like you just left the salon with none of the maintenance. I picked the ashy blond with heave highlights. This color give her a truly dimensional look and adding with the layers she is classic and chic. The cap was very comfortable and hand tied which is a huge plus. The front knots were not bleached which is a barrier for me but it was easy to cover them with the way the hair fell. Overall I really really like this piece and think it could be a great summer piece!

First off, the customer service is absolutely incredible! They can help you pick out a color match and style based on what you are looking for. That is one of the hardest things when buying alternative hair pieces online. They make the process easy! The product that I received was the Courtney Mono Upgraded 14” Burmese human hair in the color 210 truffle brown. The hair is extremely soft and easy to style. I have EXTREMELY thin hair and my hairline is very far back on my forehead so I was slightly worried that it would not match up good. But I was wrong! Very natural looking and reminded me of when my bio hair was normal. My husband was blown away too! I really, really like the halo wire, for me it made me feel more comfortable knowing it was secure. Overall, the topper is great, wigs can sometimes cause me headaches and look too heavy, so having a topper is absolutely essential. Oh and in hot weather it REALLY comes in handy! You can trust Uniwigs with your business in my opinion!!
Hair loss is really hard to navigate alone and Uniwigs makes it easy. A customer service rep helped match me to the right topper hair shade that blended in seamlessly with my bio hair. Uniwigs also offered a lot of great resources and videos on how to apply my topper the correct way and I was able to adjust the topper so it looked super natural on me. This is my second purchase from Uniwigs. My first two Courtney wigs were beautiful. Recently, I purchased my third Courtney wig and it’s not the same quality. I did notice it came from CN I am not sure what happend but the quality and color are horrible. I am extreme sad with this purchase. :(:(:(
