Shipping delayed for a festival or some holiday? It will be almost a month since ordering . Had I known this purchase originated in China, I would have never. It is not disclosed on the site. It will never arrive in time for any event.
This company is trash and a scam!! Please don't be like I didn't check their reviews and what a fool I was.
I didn't check the company reviews before ordering. The clothing I ordered took 3 weeks, and upon receiving it, it looks like garbage and doesn't reflect the images on the website. I called customer services the phone line is busy and I sent an email to customer service and they are asking me to describe and tell them what is wrong with the clothing. I respond back to them with practically all the requested information and they respond back with the same questionstions again for no reason. They will not provide me with a return address.This company doesn't deserve a one star.

I receive such positive comments from family, friends and folks regarding my clothes I really appreciate the variety and the low cost of the products! Horrible customer service! Dress extremely little after I order a size up. I was told I could receive a $8 refund on a $54 dress or sell it to someone. That’s bull crap! I have other DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE! This is unexceptionable!
Lack of communication regarding returns
Don't fall for this scam!
I noticed that once I placed my order, I had been charged for two of the exact same dresses in the exact same color. The orders were on two different pages. I had been charged $83 on one page and the page with two of the exact same dresses was $93. I immediately sent them an email asking them to cancel both of the orders. It has been five days and I still have not received a response! I have had to actually cancel my backcard in order for the money to be returned to my account. LESSON LEARNED!
