I purchased a top that said polyester/denim. The picture looked like denim with the sleeves rolled up black inside like denim. The top I received had NOdenim in the fabric, with inside white when sleeves rolled up. The fabric was 100% polyester. Since it was nit as described on your website I requested a free return shipping label but was denied.

This company has demonstrated poor customer service. I am still awaiting a refund for an order placed four months ago. They have declined to accept the return of the clothing item for a full refund and have offered only $100.00 out of the total $246.00. I advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this company. I am currently still awaiting my refund.

I love my outfit…, the colors are brilliant and the design is uniquely special!! The outfit fit fits perfectly in its true size. Honestly it looks better than what I had expected, I could not be more pleased and satisfied!!
I ordered 4 dresses from Uoozee in March of this year. I only received 2 dresses. So I waited until April thinking the other 2 dresses would arrive soon. Well, they didn't, so I emailed them. They did email me back saying that the dresses came in 2 separate packages. I only received one package though. The second package, the tracking number they gave me, didn't even exist. I then went on my PayPal and looked for the second package. I didn't receive a package from them on the date they claimed. So then I went and looked on PayPal for the first package i received. It was there. But guess what?!!
They put down that i received the 4 dresses in the first package.
WHAT SCAMMERS!!!!! I'm out $75 because of that lie!!!
I do NOT recommend buying from this company!! Quality is cheap and prices are to high!! Not worth the money, and they lie!!!!

Some items arrived as pictured, but ran a little small, despite using the sizing chart and sizing up. Some fabrics pictured appeared to be more like a jersey or gauze, but were simply printed on cheaper fabric. There's no way to look at the fabric in enlarged detail.
Fortunately, no need to return anything, but I am reluctant to order anything again due to the inconsistencies in quality.
First order was long in coming but quality was average. Second order was not good at all. Quality was the WORST I have ever seen. No way to return and very disappointing to say the least. I will not ever order again.
You sizes run very small compared to the US sizes. You should inform your customers before they purchase.

I purchased 4 items on April 9 and only received 3. Two items I want to return but having trouble returning. them.
I purchased 4 items on April 9, 2026. I received 3. One loose buttoned contrast white/red top on order 126074 I have has not received yet. Two of the items I received were too large when I put them on (I did purchase XL based on the measurement chart). I have tried to return them, but I was told that the cost to send them back to you (China) may be large, so I was offered $28.00 and asked to keep the garments. I would keep them If I could alter them, but I would have to pay to have them altered. The quality of the material is not as I expected either. Based on my experience, I would be reluctant to order from this site again.
Ordered a green pair of trousers , in good faith trying to return them , they are not really interested I beleive the trousers were over £45 & they have offered 8 in return . The trousers are miles too big for me so cannot use them . This is an insult . I have never been treated this way as a customer. This is not the way to keep customers
