Extremely disappointed with the packaging size and price updates. Myprotein was the only place I'd buy protein powder for a long time. I think this will be my last purchase 👋🏻

Been a loyal customer of MyProtein for >10 years now. The price vs quality used to be top notch. I believe they had really competitive pricing to try and capture market share and then steadily began raising prices until they are almost unaffordable now. the protein still taste good but the protein amount per serving (used to be 25) has gone down and the size is no longer 11 lbs (biggest size). also customer service is non existent. I email them about the discount codes not working and they NEVER reply. Please provide a customer service email that actually works

Ordered from here 3x now. Heard about them from Rakuten. Very good selection of products, also very good sales & prices; communicated often about state of order & was surprised that order arrived so quickly, especially since I think that this is a UK-based co. & I was expecting the order to be a bit slow. Instead they were quicker to deliver here to the US than some US cos. so I guess they must have a presence in the US as well. Definitely recommend this co.

You used to offer 11 LB bags of protein. You raised the price and shrunk the max serving size to 130 servings which is ridiculous since you still sell 5.5 LB bags. Bring back the 11 LB serving size. It makes absolutely no sense for you to offer a 5.5 lb bag then go to a 130 serving size. When two 5.5 lb bags equal 11 lbs and 160 servings. You’re giving 30 servings less for almost the same price as the 160 servings used to be. It’s complete bullshit.
Got rid of the subscriptions. Prices keep going up.

100% NOT a fan of the pricing on the basis of servings. It comes across as trying to hide your price. You used to sell larger packages for the same weight. Now you have reduced what you are selling for the same price. Doesn't smell like decent deal.
