When I was first introduced to Myprotein by my brother I have never bought from another supplement company. I have never been disappointed by a product, the price is incredible when they are running discount which is all the time, and included free shipping is absurd.

Too pricey compare to before
The price has been getting more and more expensive. The prices are jacked up and then they give 40% off but it defeats the purpose. I remember few years back it was much cheaper. Not sure what happened but I don't like this marketing strategy where they increase the prices just to give 40-50% off.

First time buying creatine
First time buying creatine. Opened it and it smelled like rotten fish. I wrote them and they never got back to me. I had to fill out all this specific info just to write to them. Im sure after a review they will say "we are so sorry let us help" they dont care.

Nothing wrong with this order so far but my last order they waited until the last minute to say they were out of stock and then waiting 2 weeks and sent it anyway charging my account 2 weeks late unexpectedly. Also, the prices have gotten outrageous.

i am anxious to try the products but i wish we had the same product availability as the UK. i would really like to try the intra or pump products here in the US.

Don't fall for the free shipping
Don't be fooled by the "free shipping" claim. While shipping is free, it can take up to 10 days to receive your order. The unfortunate part is that it's actually a great product. However, because the shipping process is so slow, you may be better off purchasing from another vendor that can deliver the product much more quickly.
