Speedo sent me the wrong product. I contacted customer service and they advised me to contact them via the website along with images. I did that and they provided details on how to return the incorrect product. I did that immediately and was told they would send out the correct product once the incorrect one was received and processed. Could be up to 14 days once received.
So you expected me to wait all that time because you sent the wrong product? I called customer service and someone told me they were "breaking the rules" but would send me the correct goggles. Tell me how this is good customer service and why I should ever purchase from you again?

I've always worn Speedo briefs; the 2 Endurance Speedo briefs I recently purchased exceeded my expectations. The comfort, color scheme and durability make this my best purchase so far. At 70 yrs I have my doubts about wearing Speedos, but so far, no complaints from the ladies.
