Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People love joining these guided walks because the staff members are exceptionally friendly, highly knowledgeable, and keep everyone thoroughly entertained with fascinating historical stories. Consumers frequently share that exploring various local areas and haunted locations feels personal and engaging, turning evening outings into truly memorable adventures. However, some people mentioned that certain guides were difficult to hear, spoke in a monotone voice, or struggled to use a microphone when background traffic noise became too loud. Visitors occasionally noted that walking tours lacked proper audio equipment, making it hard to follow the storytelling during busy evening hours.

Our tour guide Sophia was amazing!! 10 stars! She was very knowledgeable about Deadwood and the history. We were however expecting to enter some of the haunted buildings on the tour so that was a disappointment. I also assumed by the description that we would go to the cemetery! The kids were bummed. It was more about the history of deadwood verses a scary ghost tour.
Hello Stacie, thanks for sharing your honest feedback! We're glad Sophia made such a strong impression with her knowledge of Deadwood and its history. We’re sorry the tour didn’t match your expectations regarding entering buildings and visiting the cemetery. Our standard ghost tours are outdoor walking tours, so we appreciate you sharing this perspective and will pass the feedback along to our team.
The sites and stories were inherently dramatic and poignant. Most importantly, our guide was charming, engaging, knowledgeable, and made all of us feel welcome. She responded to questions well and had a keen love and knowledge of the area we toured.
Hello Stuart, thanks for sharing such a thoughtful review! We're glad your guide made everyone feel welcome while bringing the stories and history to life with her knowledge and engaging personality. It’s great to hear she was able to answer your questions and share her genuine love for the area. We appreciate you joining us! 👻
The ghost tour was more of a history tour. Interesting facts but with all of the loud road traffic we were constantly interrupted. If the tour company tells you be there 15 minutes early, you’ll be the only ones there. We got there 15 minutes early and the guide showed up at three minutes before. Then we waited another 15 minutes for the remaining group to show up. So if it’s an 8 o’clock tour, don’t stress to be there at 7:45. The tour guide called one of the people who was a no-show, who we were waiting for, and still, they didn’t show up. We finally started the tour between 815 and 820.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear the tour was affected by the traffic noise and delayed start. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive early as instructed and then have to wait before the tour could begin. We also appreciate your comments about the balance of history and ghost content, and we’ll share this feedback with our team as we work to improve the experience and communication for our guests. Thank you for joining us and for giving us the opportunity to learn from your experience.

Our guide was so knowledgeable and did a great job. The only thing I wish was that we knew what places we were going to visit ahead of time. It would have been fun to go to the places during the day to see the inside then here the history and stories at night.
Hello Katelynne, thanks for sharing your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the tour and appreciated your guide’s knowledge. We understand how helpful it would be to know the stops ahead of time so you could explore them during the day. We’ll pass that suggestion along to our team as we continue looking for ways to make the experience even better.
Our guide Elise was very engaging and knowledgeable. The tour is a must experience.

Swindell was very passionate and knowledgeable and made sure that we had a great time while learning some cool stuff
Hello Kobe, thanks for the great review! We're glad Swindell’s passion and knowledge made the tour both fun and interesting. It’s great to hear you enjoyed learning some cool new things along the way!
Let me start by saying this tour was one of the coolest things we have ever done. We still talk about it daily. We seen and heard some unexplainable things and it was absolutely worth every penny. We drove from Ontario and plan to go back again before the year is up. At the start, we were quite taken back by the extreme security measures and how “abrupt” the owner was about it. But let me tell you… Once we got in there and were in the pitch black, with lots of corners and blind spots, we were absolutely at ease knowing there was such strict security measures in place. The owner, Sharon, is so knowledgable of the building and its history and is more than willing to sit with you and take the time to explain and answer questions. She’s also quite funny and has some really cool stories to tell that I would encourage folks to ask about. Can’t wait to return!
Hello Kayla, thank you for sharing such an amazing and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear the experience was one of the coolest things you’ve ever done and that it left such a lasting impression. We’re also glad the security measures helped you feel comfortable once you were inside, especially in the dark and mysterious surroundings. Sharon will be so happy to hear your kind words about her knowledge, stories, and sense of humor. We can’t wait to welcome you back for another unforgettable night! 👻
Hello Carolina, thanks for sharing your honest feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the tour itself, but we’re sorry the crowding made it difficult to explore the rooms and displays comfortably. We understand how that can take away from the experience, and we’ll share your feedback with our team as we work to improve the guest experience.
Sophia was great. Wish we could see the buildings that would make it cooler
Hello Rebecca, thanks for the feedback! We’re glad Sophia made the tour a great experience. We understand how being able to see inside the buildings would add an extra layer to the experience. Our standard ghost tours are outdoor walking tours, but we appreciate the suggestion and hope to see you again for another spooky adventure!
The staff was excellent.
Hello Rhonda, thanks for the kind review! We're glad our staff made you feel welcome and took great care of you. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to see you again!

Berlin is a fun historical town which is worth seeing during the day before the ghost tour at night. The tour was spooky, and interesting as we walked through the town with our gracious host learning about the history and cast of characters of the past that now are said to haunt establishments, buildings and areas of the town. The EMF lreader that I gave to our 16 year old to hold was a hit and he was engaged and interested in the buildings we visited. We had a great time and were so glad we could score some tickets for this.
Hello Ronnie, thanks for sharing such a detailed review! We're glad you enjoyed exploring Berlin and learning about the history and ghostly tales behind its historic locations. It’s great to hear the EMF reader was a hit with your 16-year-old and helped keep him engaged throughout the tour. Sounds like you all had a memorable evening, and we’re happy you were able to join us!
The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Plus for me personally it helped do a little research before hand and watched the movie to get an idea what happened their.
Hi Nick, thanks for sharing! We're glad your guide’s knowledge made the tour such a great experience. Doing a little research and watching the movie beforehand sounds like a fun way to get familiar with the story and make the most of the tour. 👻
The Golden, CO, tour was an equal combination of intriguing and informative. Charlotte was masterful in delivering the historical details while keeping us on our toes. I would absolutely recommend the additional tour - the stops were each compelling in their own right while blending together nicely.

It’s great to hear you enjoyed the additional tour as well and found each stop compelling. We really appreciate the recommendation!
