US Ghost Adventures provides entertaining, historic, and authentic ghost tours and experiences across the United States' most haunted cities. We deliver fun, honest, and bone-tingling accounts of the very real hauntings that are so prevalent across the nation. While our stories are derived from historic research, a ghost tour wouldn’t be the same without the ghost stories! Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People love joining these guided walks because the staff members are exceptionally friendly, highly knowledgeable, and keep everyone thoroughly entertained with fascinating historical stories. Consumers frequently share that exploring various local areas and haunted locations feels personal and engaging, turning evening outings into truly memorable adventures.
However, some people mentioned that certain guides were difficult to hear, spoke in a monotone voice, or struggled to use a microphone when background traffic noise became too loud. Visitors occasionally noted that walking tours lacked proper audio equipment, making it hard to follow the storytelling during busy evening hours.

I loved the tour itself, my only complaint was that the tour was VERY packed. We didn’t get to check out the rooms or anything inside of the cases because it was shoulder to shoulder, so unfortunately it felt more like a show than a museum or tour.

Hello Cassandra, thanks for sharing your honest feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the tour itself, but we’re sorry the crowding made it difficult to take in the rooms and displays. We understand how being shoulder-to-shoulder can affect the experience, and we’ll share your feedback with our team as we look for ways to make the tour more comfortable for everyone.
I don't like leaving a bad review, but you will not stop emailing me to request it.
The experience was terrible. The guide was boring, didn't speak loud enough, kept doubling back to places they seemed to forget, barely interacted with the group. Several people dropped off midway because it was so boring. Every story seemed to be about some restaurant worker who got scared in the basement. Big deal. Would never recommend this to anyone else. Total waste of money.

We were in Cleveland for just a couple of nights, and booked this tour for a fun evening experience. It did not disappoint! Michele was a fantastic tour guide - clearly knowledgeable, gave us plenty of Cleveland history alongside the ghost stories, and was generous with her time. We would recommend this to anyone!

Our guide was very informative on the family and events that occurred and always confirmed she was able to answer our questions. I'm sure a lot of people are interested more in the paranormal side of things, I'm more interested in the history. Very sad over the brutal deaths of the family and 2 visitors.

Hello Diana, thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We're glad our guide was able to provide the historical details you were most interested in and took the time to answer your questions. The history surrounding the family and those tragic events is certainly heavy, and we appreciate you taking the time to learn more about their story.
SLC born and raised and this tour is worth the money
Isabella was an excellent tour guide. She had great stories and kept the time interesting and kept us all startled by some of the haunting stories. She was easy to talk to and told us things about Utah we didn't know. We were a hard group because we were four adults that had grown up in SLC and still learned crazy stories that we had never heard. When we had heard a story she would let us add our stories. It was a blast and the best date night we have had in a long time. Isabella is the best storyteller and kept us looking around at some of the creepy spirits and places.

Hello Angela, thanks for sharing such a fun review! We're glad Isabella kept your group engaged with stories that even four SLC locals hadn't heard before. It sounds like her easygoing personality and storytelling made for a memorable date night, with plenty of creepy moments along the way. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Isabella!
One of the guests was smoking a cigar and essentially refused to stop even though the guide spoke to him. The smoke bothered my kids.
We would have loved to go inside the properties we visited.

Hello Saul, thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry the cigar smoke affected your kids’ experience, especially after the guide addressed the issue. We’ll share this feedback with our team. We also understand the desire to go inside the properties; our standard ghost tours are outdoor walking tours, so we appreciate you sharing your expectations.
We had such a great experience! The tour was really informative and I loved learning about the history behind the places we visited. Our guide was awesome — smart, friendly, sweet, and really made the stories come to life. The locations were great and the stories were fascinating. It was also a small group, just me and my boyfriend, which made the whole experience feel more personal. Definitely a fun and memorable tour. Highly recommend!

Kim was a great story teller. Very knowledgeable about Charlotte’s history. It would be better if she was wearing a mic as it becomes very noisy when cars pass by as she is speaking.
Reply from US Ghost Adventures2026-08-23
Hello EC, thanks for sharing your feedback! We're glad Kim’s storytelling and knowledge of Charlotte’s history made the tour enjoyable. We also appreciate your suggestion about using a microphone, especially with traffic noise along the route.
