Aaron Baker was my representative and he was awesome! Super friendly and helpful, and provided information for any questions I asked and helped me upgrade my package since I was renewing my cat's card due to a name change and city/state change!! I highly recommend him for anything you need! :)

I got a call from Ms. Lisa J today and she helped me understand everything I neeeded to know for my pup and helped me buy the correct subscriptions that I need so my dog can become a ESD glad she called and took her time explaining everything !

I’m so glad I found this website. I was able to get my dog as a service dog immediately with no struggle and very affordable. I deal with a severe disability where I needed my dog to be able to go everywhere with me and this website saved me big time. Thank you! Will definitely tell people about this website! (real review) I also have had no issues or scams or this and that that others are claiming. I have no gotten spam calls either or had to cancel my card as well. I got everything for my dog all the papers and certificates send immediately to my Phone to have and through mail as well.

Lindsey was a treasure trove of information!! She made the process of getting registered and set up for a tele-health appointment super easy!! She recommended packages for my dogs that would best suit their needs! She set us up with the gold star package that included everything my dogs would need from color specific harnesses to discounts on pet meds!!! She was absolutely lovely over the phone!! Terrible scam, won’t give you your money back for denied ESA letters. They do not warn you of HUD guidelines. You will need an established relationship not a one time visit. In terms of service animals I do not know the legitimacy. However for emotional support go through your primary care do not waist your money on this. As they will take you for what you got
