The facility is falling apart and not secure. The office wasn’t staffed so I had to move to an alternate storage facility. They had no back up for the office mgr and the District Mgr was meant to call, never did. I feel like a dodged a bullet by not moving my things here. Google this place. Turns out they had people living in upper level units. Hard to believe

Fast process. Easy online services. Love the alarm notifications on my unit. Safe and easy access. Lock was a little expensive though. Friendly staff.

Stay away from this place, prices jump 100% in less than 6 months . 5x5 small unit went from $45 to $74 to $102 in less than 6 months with no notice .

great customer service and ideal…
great customer service and ideal location; however, the unit had some rat droppings in the corner. Also, the sliding door of the unit is hard to open/close and to put the lock in. In addition, the road to load/offload is narrow for other cars to drive through.

Very Professional atmosphere
From the time I stepped in the office of the Wilmette location, Ms LaToya was very welcoming. I was in distress about my current financial situation and I didn't want to move out of this facility bc I have been here for a while. I explained my situation and LaToya went to work. LaToya was very understanding and was very patient while exploring all of my options to keep me in the facility. I was very pleased with the outcome, and she made my day end with a smile and less stress. I highly recommend this place. HEY LATOYA!!!
