Excellent Customer Service
AC Storage is the best storage facility in Rohnert Park. Frank went out of his way to help me from the moment I arrived there. He made sure I was treated with respect and showed me several units before I decided to rent one. Made sure I was given the discount as advertised and explained all aspects of the rental contract to me. He was very through and check all the documents twice so we did not miss anything. It was a pleasure doing business with Frank and AC Storage I would highly recommend this facility.

Stay away
This storage place is dirty and the keypad going into the building feels like it’s going fall off the pole they give you a cheap 2 month deal then the price goes so high you can go anywhere else and it’s so much cheaper

The rental space is perfect
The rental space is perfect, the price is right, and the folks at the location are extremely friendly. This is my first month with the rental, and I will report again after three months. For now, thumbs up!

Overall
Overall, we've had a great experience with this storage facility. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful which has made the whole process smooth. My only complaint is that I specifically chose this facility because I believed the unit was temperature-controlled. Unfortunately, the inside of the unit has been extremely hot, especially during warmer days, and it doesn't seem to stay at a temperature that I would expect from a climate-controlled unit. I hope this is something that can be improved. Aside from that, it's been a positive experience, and I appreciate the customer service and overall cleanliness of the facility.

Sedna was great
Sedna was great. She was informative and friendly.
Wasted weekend with no resolution
I received an email at the end of the day on a Friday after loading my car. The email told me that the facility would be closed Saturday. Being a new customer that kept me from emptying my car Saturday or Sunday. Now I have to work all week. I don’t have time to go to get the lock I purchased from US Storage to and get set up and I haven’t heard back from anyone regarding this huge inconvenience.

This place is a scam
This place is a scam . They don’t care and will not refund you for not checking in the storage. They don’t care if you there’s something tragic that happened which caused you not to check in. Never use this place
