The site was easy to navigate, and the price was good. When I was concerned about a delay in shipping, I let the company know and a man (Mike) responded immediately, sending me a link so I could see the details regarding the delivery, I was grateful!

Order made on Dec. 13. Said it would be delivered by the 18th. Still sitting in the New Jersey storage facility awaiting shipment and it is now the 21st. I am guessing this will not be delivered before Christmas. Neat gag gift for a golfing buddy ruined due to your inability to inform the customer that you do not know how USPS works.

My order was running late
My order was running late, the USPS tracking was vague and Xmas was a week away. After I expressed dissatisfaction with the situation I received a call and a text (on a Sunday) from Logan explaining what had happened, and how he had taken care of the issue. I will have my order tomorrow - above and beyond customer service, and the pants I’m ordering for my husband (golf sweats) will be his second pair, he loves them.
