USAG needs to clean up their e-gift card process. Every retail company that I do business with sends the e-cards within at least 15 minutes of purchase. I made my purchase at 6AM to hopefully get the e-card to my good friend on his birthday. At 8AM, I still did not have the card and I sent a 2nd email and a Mike responded saying I should check my SPAM file. I frequently do and did it again to no avail. I have now sent a 2nd email to Mike saying please send it again. I do not have the time to chase this down all day or until I get satisfaction. I want customer service to send out the e-mail ASAP. BTW, this is not my first purchase with this company but it IS the 1st time I have had any problems.

Great quality, awesome selection, and priced better than anyone else out there with equal customer service and high level of product. It it ain’t free or cheap like tjmax this will be the only place I get polos from now on!
Polos are high quality, comfortable, and fit well. Collars are too short and the natural fold exposes the seam in the back. Trivial, but the only reason I wouldn't call them perfect.
