Let's start at the beginning... March 26 – Made reservations with VO in Branson for four nights from May 26 – 30. Amount billed to Mastercard was $113.00. Confirmation email received from VO but not a receipt for payment. May 26 • 3:10 PM - Check in at The Suites at Fall Creek. Advised we’d only been booked for one night, not four and that a couple earlier that day had had an issue with that as well in that they weren’t given the voucher for the remainder of their stay. • 4:17 PM – Called VO. Asked about why we were only booked for one night and how we’d have to check out then check back in the next afternoon. Advised of people not receiving their voucher at completion of presentation. Was assured that was when we would receive ours at the conclusion of the presentation the next day. May 27 • 12:58 PM - Informed by Spinnaker that VO was in charge of fulfilment and had sent an email to VO informing them we had completed the required presentation. • 12:59 PM – Called VO. Told we should have our voucher in our email within the hour. • 1:31 PM = Booked the night of May 27 at The Suites at Fall Creek via Expedia as a backup plan. • 4:10 PM – Checked back in at The Suites at Fall Creek. No voucher had been received in our email. May 28 – Still no communication from VO. Opted to cut things short in Branson. June 1 • 2:15 PM - Called VO and spoke with Leah about the situation. Was advised we should receive a refund on our credit card within 10 days. Also requested we send a copy of the receipt for our stay on May 27th so they could reimburse for that as well. • 3:20 PM Received email Help Ticket 971831 created. • 3:31 PM – Emailed Expedia receipt. June 18 • 1:41 PM - Called VO and spoke with Liza. Requested the receipt from the payment on March 26 to Mastercard ending in 5770. Emailed a screenshot. A new Support Ticket was created. I asked about the status of the previous ticket as it had been over 2 weeks since It was created. I also asked where I could check for updates on the status of tickets. I guess that’s not an option. Was sent a copy of the initial purchase from December 2024. I advised that wasn’t the receipt I needed and could she please send the other. She claimed not to have that ability nor was she able to transfer me to anyone who could. Also advised no one had the ability to communicate via email. There's a new one for ya! It seems only automated messages (Open Package, Reservation Confirmation, etc.) are sent from inside their system, but nothing related to actual customer service. • 2:10 PM - received email that Help Ticket #: 1023733 had been created. Not holding my breath for a response. The sad thing is we've been travelling with Monster on similar packages without a hitch. Best advice...stay away!!! 8/2/26 Received their canned response about reaching out privately to address any concerns. I know better. They won't. If hell happens to freeze over and they do (not holding my breath), they won't follow up with a written communication verifying anything. I repeat...stay away!!!!

Biggest scam

Biggest scam! We had bought their package but decided not to use it due to misleading claims made by them. Now they just made a bogus reservation requiring bogus extra charges for us without ever talking to us and also charged the credit card# they saved when we originally bought the package. They are hanging up on me when I call them about this and refuse to cancel or refund anything.
