When my dog chewed up my Dyson attachment I feared the worst... an expensive replacement part. But when I went on line and found VacuumDirect, I was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I needed at a VERY reasonable price! I placed my order and received my "authentic" Dyson replacement in about a week!

Placed order on 9/26/18 but item shipped next day. Paid $12.99 for expedited shipping, I thought. Received item on 10/2/18 which took six days. (Sept 27-Oct 2). Not pleased with the cost for the service received.
