I was in an emergency pinch with my elderly cat & called ahead to explain my cat needed to be seen but I didn’t have the funds . Vet care was an option that we were very thankful to have . I ended up coming up with the funds & paid in full but it was a blessing knowing it was there for us anyway.

Hi Christine! We're so glad to hear that just knowing you had another option for making payments helped make your emergency with your cat less stressful. I appreciate your kindness in taking the time to leave us a review, even though you didn't end up using our service!

Great service.

This service was a blessing. I had to put my rabbit down a year ago and if it weren’t for vet billing I wouldn’t have been able to pay for it. They always helped me out when I needed it. If I needed to change my payment dates or if I had any questions. And everybody that I spoke to on the phone was always very friendly and helpful.

Hi Tara, thank you for taking the time to share your experience working with our team. They will be so happy to read your review. We're so sorry to hear about the loss of your rabbit. We are glad to hear that a monthly payment option helped you manage the expense. It is stressful enough dealing with the grief of losing a pet, without having to also worry about money and how to pay.

Omgoodness

Omgoodness, there are no words. Their kindness, their actions and the care I and my cat, Cher were treated with love and respect even though they had to jump through hoops just to get someone to finance Chers treatment they did with such devotion as I haven't seen in a long time. May God bless everyone connected to you.

Easy to work with in tough times…

With my Rotty tearing an ACL the surgery was expensive. We had the contract drawn up. Before the original contract expired my Rotty tore his OTHER ACL. Vet billing allowed us to add more payment and renegotiate the plan allowing us to save our dog. Thanks Vet billing!

You're very welcome; we know all about double ACL tears! Very hard on the budget. Glad we could help you manage the cost more comfortably. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

A Much-Needed Assist in an Emergency Situation

I was unable to pay the full amount I owed my vet during an emergency visit. Thankfully there was a payment option when I was denied avenues of credit. I was allowed to set the amount I could pay and choose a payment date. My payment was automatically taken out of my bank account on the set day. There were no surprise charges or early withdrawals. Overall, it was very convenient and gave me peace of mind to know I could pay for my pets care.

Bay Area pet hospital saved my husky!

Bay Area pet hospital saved my 5 year old husky! She tested positive for parvo and was declining fast. Had our first visit and the staff as well as myself had hoped at home care would be sufficient. They prescribed antibiotics and other medications. We took her home and she declined quickly. We brought her back and she was hospitalized. It seemed as though I would be burying my dog, instead they saved her life. After a five day hospitalization she still wasn’t eating on her own but they did everything they could for her and recommended we bring her home and see if that helped her appetite and it did! Everyday she started eating more and more and today she is symptom free, eating her normal amount of food and gaining back the weight she lost! I have a happy, healthy dog again!
