I purchased tickets from you for the opening of the World Cup in Mexico. The initial process was very simple, but when it came to interacting with the FIFA platform, I encountered multiple problems that prevented me from registering and, consequently, accessing my tickets. I had numerous interactions through your customer service chat, where they tried to help me, but to no avail. It wasn't until one of your service representatives, named Freddy, intervened directly. He took the time and patience to speak with me for several minutes, guiding me step by step and resolving the issues with the FIFA platform. Thanks to him, I was finally able to enjoy the experience. Viagogo is a very reliable company. I need to confess that before my first purchase in 2023 I was afraid. Fortunately I went to a concert and had a great experience without any problem. Now I had sold 4 tickets in the platform and I hope everything goes well (expecting payment after the concerts I won't be able to attend in July). I had also bought a ticket in Mexico to see SOAD. Amazing experience!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Everything was excellent. My only recommendation would be to clearly state that if two different email addresses are registered for the purchase of two tickets, the application used to receive the tickets must be downloaded by each of the email address holders.

I received my tickets an hour and a half prior to the event, which made me very anxious as I didn’t knew if I was going to be able to attend at all. Even after I received the email with my tickets, I wasn’t able to access them; however, Viagogo’s support team went above and beyond to sort the issue until I was able to download my tickets.

Would avoid
Would avoid. Event was rescheduled 4 days after we bought tickets in early march. We were only advised of the change on the 22/4 which was only 9 days prior to our trip and we were unable to attend. We received tickets 2 hours prior to the event happening so were unable to resell as only allowed to resell within 4 hours of the event starting. No buyer protection at all and customer service was shocking.

I have purchased a ticket for Brazil Samba festival 2026 in viagogo and decided to resell it with viagogo as my plan was changed. I received the ticket and found no way to resell my ticket. I used the app to download the tickets and followed every steps but nothing works. They suggested me to return the ticket to the seller. Viagogos customer service officer stated that they will communicate with my original seller and my buyer. I don't need to worry about anything. My buyer messaged me and claimed that they didn't receive my ticket. Finally, viagogo decided to charged me the ticket price I sold and completely just erased my case. I legally resell the tickets via the platform and they literally just took my revenue from it, even though I followed all the steps they suggested. GUY, AVOID THIS COMPANY PLEASE !!!!!!!!
