This is the worst ticket website I have ever used. I've tried it twice (I thought the first time might be unfortunate) but clearly not. My husband bought Richard Marx tickets in 2019 which, like most other things, had to be rescheduled. The absolute palaver to get these tickets re-issued beggars belief. No-one ever does what they say they will - "we have to escalate it to the relevant department" - but don't.
No only do they charge extortionate prices but their customer services are appalling. Dont touch with a barge pole would be my advice.
I'm writing to be an objective view.
I understand lots of people have a bad experience but mine wasn't.
I saw reviews after buying coldplay tickets and it ruined my lead up to the concert and I want to be a positive spark for someone also going through the same thing.
Yes you will pay over the odds. I bought them knowing this. I knew coldplay were worth it.
I got my tickets on time. I got into the concert and we had the best time.
My experience was absolutely what I expected.
Do not expect to pay the real price. If its a sold out event, for now, that's just the way it rolls.
Obviously people do have a bad time, I've read the reviews but this is a huge company and some people using this platform will be crooks.
You are more likely to review a bad experience, so I feel that the ratio of bad to good experiences is probably not represented as it really is.
That's why I'm writing this.
If you are worried about your tickets then there is a massive chance it will all be OK. So breath and know lots of us (including 2 other couples I waited with in line) all had legit tickets from viagogo and got into the venue.
Was realy a good concert of coldplay .The tickets arrived a week before and of course you know you have to pay more than other sides but you know on other sides the concerts are sold out .You always get a answer on your questions by mail or by phone.

Viagogo is a scam company. They survive by steeling people. There are always people around the world who are not aware of their organized theft, like me.
If you read this message stay away from these thieves and crooks. They will survive but at least you are not crooked.
Scam.
They will post saying "only 2 tickets lefts" and will sell you way overpriced tickets, and when u ( if ) get your tickets (1 day prior to the event, after you harass the living hell out of the) you will see that your tickets are straight from the organiser and are way cheaper.
Literally paid 300, for tickets that cost 65 without being able to chose row/section. :)

Terrible experience. This site is not an official platform for none of the events. It's just a platform to meet buyers and resellers. So you depend on the guy who is re-selling you the tickets. Viagogo doesn't protect you at all. They cancelled my paid, completed transaction without any reason two times. And in my third attempt, the seller first sent some invalid printouts. later informed the issue to viagogo and the seller sent new tickets but from the backrow cheaper tickets instead of my highest paid front line tickets. Not trustable at all.

In the past I never had a problem selling tickets here if something urgent has come up. However, they have now stopped a payment to myself for selling a Red Hot Chilli Peppers ticket, as they claim that the purchaser was denied entry. I have asked for evidence as this is simply not possible, and they have ignored. Clearly this company has turned into a complete scam and I can only warn everyone to stay away.
You can’t give less than one star unfortunately else I would. The 6 of us bought tickets to Harry Styles this evening. We went down to London expecting the tickets to be sent via email on the way down. Rang customer services at least 7 times once there as they had not arrived, they kept saying they will be emailed after each and every call. Standing there with a sobbing 10 year old girl due to their shocking scam of a website and also customer services team. Wembley staff on the door said this happens all the time with Viagogo. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Absolute waste of time, money, a nerves. TOTAL SCAM! Viagogo is a scam site. You will miss the event you want to go. You'll receive no tickets. When contacting Viagogo so called customer support, you will receive inconsistent automated meaningless and useless replies, that serves no other purpose than make you wait and cling to the hope to get your tickets. By calling "their" phone number, you will chat to an overseas Indian call center. At the end, you will have to apply for a charge back at your credit card company to get your funds back.
Boy, did i walk into this. I thought this was a primary site and didn't realise it's a resell site (my fault). I subsequently found the price was inflated 3 times over what it would have been had I gone to the proper site. (again my fault). Got an text from a stranger, with no name, telling me he would meet me at the venue before the show to pass over the tickets. After numerous calls and texts to Viagogo and the reseller I got the tickets 4 days before the event. NEVER AGAIN>
Brought stereophonics tickets and it was only when I got the email with my e-tickets on that I found out the price was inflated over 150% . Called to complain with a standard response that the website clearly states the tickets maybe sold for above or below face value which I dispute.there is Are no options for a refund. The site is misleading and a rip off DO NOT USE unless you are prepared to pay over the odds
Total scam,never received my ticket to the rolling stones hardrock concert, very disappointed was all dressed up waiting for the last concert that they may ever do.was told that my ticket was available, however nothing, stay away from this company and all calls are routed overseas, had to dispute it with my bank

Worst service ever! we bought 2 tickets to watch a game in tukey and paid and we traveled on the day of the game , we didnt recieve the tickets before and we kept calling them but no help! 1 hour before the game they canceled our tickets without any reason by email and send us refunding less that the amount we paid and we couldnt find another tickets because it was 1 hour before the game! our whole trip failed
I brought my tickets before COVID last year. So when the concert was put off until this year I was a little bit scared that my money had gone. True to their word though I received my tickets 2 days before the concert and I had a really good time. I have also ordered tickets for a concert in March 2022 and I am not worried about getting the tickets.
Shocking company. The website is misleading. It highlighted that the tickets were FV (face value) but they were actually double the price. Subsequently tried to get through to the company, of course, no such luck. Avoid like the plague.
They are complete and total fraud and scam. I ordered tickets for Juventus Roma. Game to be played in May. With the respective countries shut down & games played only behind closed doors. Serie A & Juventus have reimbursed the ticket holders. THIS IS A FACT THAT CAN NOT BE DISPUTED. This game is now being played on August 2nd. Behind closed doors. The season ticket holder has been reimbursed. Viagogo recuses to reimbursement I have called for months and months and months they do nothing but give the run around.
They will steal your money and say they have no further information. They have the worst reputation as being crooks. My intention is to sue them for the 2800 dollars and start a class action suit against them tomorrow. The league and teams are reimbursing. They are thieves and criminals. If anyone else wants to participate in a class action suit kindly let me know. I will be writing re-views every single day and contacting all the Various venues they sell tickets to.
Word of advice NEVER EVER use them.
They will not give a manager to speak to and work off a script. All of Italy knows not to use them as well as Britain.
