The package delivery was late , it was not the time mentioned when I create the order , I asked vidaxl for revoking the contract bot their deliver it aniway , and the return fees 10 times the value of the product . I don't recomand vidaxl

THE ORDER PLACED DIRECTLY ON THEIR SITE WAS DELIVERED WITH NO PROBLEM, BUT THE ONE PLACED THROUGH THE ALTEX PLATFORM WAS JUST CASHED AND NEVER DELIVERED, I HAD TO REPORT THE SITUATION (STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK), SO I AM NOT SO PLEASED BY THEIR SERVICES!!! Update on July the 13: much thanks for your rapid response, I really appreciate it (great client service you have)! I understand that due to the number of orders problems may occur, but it's still very frustrating when it happens to you (and nothing happens for a month) :) ...and about the products, they are according to the pictures presented online, sturdy and with all the instructions needed for assemble, so another star for you on that!

With vidaXL I always had excellent experiences.This time I was very disappointed with the quality of the product. Two screws for the lock were too shorts, I couldn't use them.They just put a vertical white tape on the glass instead of an aluminium bar as they are horizontally. Very disappointed..

Unfortunately the return process is very complicated. To return an order they're charging you 50 lei for every product. And the worst thing is that you can't contact them, they don't answer the emails or phone. The products are medium quality, a little expensive for that quality I may say. To conclude, I don't recommend buying from the seller.
