The concert was incredible. A powerful experience to do in Vienna.
Very crowded - disappointing ambiance
1. The concert hall was very, very crowded. We had the impression that ordinary chairs were added in the main concert hall?! 2. Most of the concert attendees, who were not Austrians, did no wear appropriate dress for the venue, but ordinary street clothes.
Missed opportunity
Although we enjoyed the music and the orchestra, the concert was disappointing as there was no programme readily available, and the conductor made no announcements and made no effort to relate to his audience, many of whom, we suspect, were unfamiliar with attending a classical concert. What a missed opportunity! We got the impression that for the conductor, this was just another Tuesday evening job.

Wonderful performances of Haydn, Mozart and Vivaldi in an icon venue. Thoroughly recommended to any music loving visitor to Vienna. Tickets are quite expensive hence only 4 Stars.

I was truly amazed by how beautiful the concert was — definitely an experience worth having at least once in a lifetime. I went there with my mom, and we enjoyed every single piece played in both the first and second sessions. The music felt so heartfelt, and the performance really touched us. Time flew by so quickly, even though the concert lasted around two hours. Such a memorable experience. Booking the tickets online was also very easy and flexible through the official website, and the prices were quite affordable for the overall experience. The concert hall itself was stunning, with a great ambiance that made the whole evening feel even more special. The only downside was that coats had to be checked in due to the cold weather, and there was an extra charge for it. It felt like this should have been included as part of the facility.

Sent Incorrect Time
My boyfriend and I bought tickets to attend one of the operas. While the experience itself was very enjoyable, when the company had emailed the tickets, they sent an incorrect start time in their email and we showed up an hour late for the show and missed the entire first act. The following acts were then very confusing for us to follow. When we had reached out to them to let them know of the mistake, they took zero accountability and just blamed us for not confirming the time outside of their email. Considering this is one detail the company actually has ownership over, I’d expect them to get it right. It was a very disappointing interaction.

Dear Marissa. Please provide any proof that you have actually booked with Viennaconcerts.com. We have no booking with your name and you did not provide any detail (date of the event, booking number, etc). There are many ticket offices in Vienna whith very similar names. Despite it, here are the facts: 1. There was a change in the begin hour for one of the operas in the beginning of November 2025. If your event was later, then you did not book with us. 2. We informed all our customers who had booked that event by E-Mail, about 4-5 weeks before the event. We included the E-Tickets in PDF with the correct starting hour and asked our customers to note the corrected starting time (in red with bold font). 3. In addition, one day before that event we again sent an email to remind the customers in case they missed the new starting hour. So unfortunately, you have either not booked with us or you just ignored all our E-Mails. Please reply here and send us your booking number. The only begin hour change was in the beginning of November 2025. Respectfully, Viennaconcerts.com
