Very efficient
Still a big rip off
A rip off. Charged €110 for an €85 ticket for the Spanish Riding School performance. This is the worst I have ever seen from a supposedly legitimate site. Their response below is not particularly accurate, they didn't check when I had booked (less than 24 hours before the event), and you would be wise to check the small print as you make a booking to see the additional charges, they were not at all apparent to me.

Dear Sir / Madam, With all due respect, no ripp-off. For the absolute majority of the events at our website, we have no surcharge at all, zero. Unfortunately, for few events listed at our website, we have to add a surcharge to the face value. Very often, we ourselves have to pay higher prices than the face value on the ticket. Very often, this is our only chance to offer those tickets to the international customers. However, we do this in the most transparent way possible: - We show a "Price Breakdown" during the booking process (surcharge visible in EUR and in Percent) - We show then both the face value and the total price in your Confirmation - We clearly include this information in our Terms and Conditions If a customer contacts us at least a day before the event and has any complaints about prices or our service, we immediately offer full refund. Unfortunately, you did not contact us and this review is your only reaction. We are very sorry and hope you at least enjoyed the performance.
Fantastic Vienna evening
Fantastic Vienna evening! Classics at their best. Perfection, professionalism and excellent organization. I've already chosen the Vivaldis Four Seasons concert at St. Charles Church twice and this was definitely not the last time.

Easy to book and find a concert we wanted. We had a lovely time, the music was fabulous and the church was stunningly beautiful.
Responsive customer service
I booked an opera with this site but later found the official state opera page with the same tickets for cheaper. I was able to get a full refund of the original booking. Thanks!
Gem of an experience
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a concert at Mirabell Palace. The venue is outstanding and Marble Hall is an intimate location to enjoy a musical presentation - all seats have a fine view.

Dissatisfaction of the organisation and professionalism of Vienna Concerts Company.
The tickets were purchased on 2nd November 2024 and I received confirmation with the place of concert Kinsky Palace - adres Vienna, Freyund 4. You had a lot of time and my e-mail adres and perhaps my mobile number also to inform me about the changes !!! After arriving at Kinsky Palace, it turned out that apart from us (4 tickets) there was no one. The security man said me that there is no concert on 5 th January 2025. I tried to contact Vienna Concert by phone, but initially without result. The landline number +4315123457 did not answer (7;43pm). The mobile numbers +436763185521 (7:43pm, 7:48pm) and +436769006387 (7:54pm) also failed to reach. Finally, at 7:48pm, someone pickedup the phone and confirmed that there would be no concert at the address provided. They were supposed to send the current address of the event. I waited for an email or text message, but I didn't receive it. I called the working number again at 7:55pm and asked for SMS. I received SMS with the correct address a minute later. It was Borsesale at Palais Borse Wipplingerstrasse 34. Not knowing the City of Vienna, we we wandered in the rain to reach for the concert to start. We made it at the last moment, getting back seats at the side of the audience !!! We are dissatisfied and disappointed with the organization and professionalism of Vienna Concerts Company. We were tired and sweaty because of the brisk walking in the rain. Receiving the concert in such circumstances was not pleasant for us. We had not bought tickets for the Vienna Residence Orchestra concert for that purpose. Of course Vienna Concert Company did not respond to my dissatisfaction sent by e-mail.

In this case, the orchestra / organizer NEVER informed us for the change of the venue. But this is of course not relevant for you. Please accept our apologies. We will therefore refund to you the full amount and will forward this to the organizer and ask for answers. This happens in very very rare occasions, we did not have this kind of problem for years. We hope we will make it up to you by refunding the full amount. And we still hope you enjoyed the concert. Thank you for your booking!

Brilliant concert at Karlskirche
Absolutely fantastic experience at KarlsKirche for a Vivaldi concert. I strongly recommend paying extra for the front seats, as you see the musicians up close, and can really appreciate their talent and the coordination with each other. Main violinist was outstanding-we were so glad we decided to attend this concert. It was one of our best experiences in Vienna-truly memorable.

The concert was very nice to listen to. Excellent performance with very good players, a beautiful performance of the four seasons by Vivaldi. The church is a beautiful example of the Baroque, but is very distracting because of the opulent appearance of all the attributes.
