They said I booked the wrong date, but it’s my birthday how would I book a wrong date??? I tried to book an important concert one month ahead but they give me the tickets of next day??? So no concert no refund no help at all !!! Beware !!! Fraud !!! Fraud !!!

Yet another review without Booking Number from Trustpilot !!! If you are our customer, then YOU REALLY BOOKED THE WRONG DATE (or at least the right date but wrong month). The bookings are automatic, why would we change the date !!!? Please provide your booking number and we can prove it. Tickets are unfortunately not like ordering a mobile phone or hardware. If you book for tomoroww and do not show, then WE WOULD HAVE to pay the price !! The real Fraudelent Company here is only Truspilot. Since we are not paying them, they are continuously reducing our review stars from 4.8 to now 2.9, which is real fraud. And we keep receiving bad reviews without booking number only in Truspilot.
Dreadful pre concert meal
We booked a package with pre concert dinner at the Grand Hotel Wine and concert at the Musikverein with the Vienna Mozart orchestra. We had an execrable meal in the 1870 restaurant terrace at the Grand consisting of watery soup followed by chicken thighs in a tired room with poor service. The concert was musically very good although the seats were hard and the lighting uncomfortably bright. Enjoy the concert, eat elsewhere
Wonderful experience but clarify location first!
This was a wonderful experience and the children really enjoyed it. We did not understand the location correctly from the email confirmation and we missed the first part of our concert unfortunately. The hosts were wonderful and let us attend the next session to catch up the first half of the concert and saved us good seats. They didn't have to do that and it was incredibly kind that they did! I would recommend these events but also recommend that you clarify the venue twice before you set off!
Very misleading
Very misleading. I thought I was booking for a concert at Event: Vienna Baroque Orchestra / Schönborn Palace. I paid 98 euros for two tickets. When I arrived at Schonborn Palace, I was told that this was not the venue; my tickets were at a place in the city center. It was too late to go there then. I think that this is extremely misleading, especially for a tourist who does not know that there is a Schonborn Palace and a Palais Schoenborn and that they are two different places entirely. Since the company has responded that it was my own fault that I went to the wrong venue, I want to let other potential customers see the actual verbiage that was sent in my confirmation email. According to the gentleman we spoke to at the Palace, this is an ongoing problem and their own legal department is pursuing it. He indicated that many tourists have made the same mistake.

Unfortunately, this review is misleading. Our Website is very clear. There is no "Schonborn Palace" and "Palais Schoenborn", as both are the same. However, there is "Schonborn Palace" and "Schoenbrunn Palace". We have sent you both the exact address and a link to Google Maps in your confirmation. Unfortunately, you never bothered to check them and decided in your own where you should show up for the concert. Finally, you showed up in Schoenbrunn, which is about 10 Kilometers distance from the concert you booked and the address which you had in your confirmation. Furthermore, the name of the orchestra you booked is "Vienna Baroque Orchestra", while the orchestra you showed up is "Schoenbrunn Palace Orchestra" ! We offer both events in our Website. Out of 50+ concert halls in Vienna, 2 of them might have a similar name, but it is in no way misleading. The name of the orchestras and the address is completely different. The price and the quality of the performance is very similar. The only problem is when very few customers never check their confirmation and the detailed information we provide for each event, and then go ahead and acuse us of being misleading. We are very sorry, but we just have to react to this review and protect our company. We do our absolute best to provide an excellent service. Terrible Dinner in Hotel Breakfast Area
I bought 2 tickets for Dinner + Vienna Mozart Orchestra / 1870 Restaurant Terrace / Musikverein - GoldenHall. The 1870 Restaurant is on the top floor of the Grand Hotel Wien. When I arrived the staff told me that the restaurant was booked for a private event and to proceed to the 1st Floor. The staff seated us at their hotel breakfast buffet area. We had a choice of fish or chicken. I chose the chicken. The plate was brought to me with 3 chicken nugget size pieces of chicken thigh meat and a lemon half to squeeze over it. There was nothing else on the plate. I tried to eat it but it was too greasy. I don’t write bad reviews, but this was a total rip off. I paid a lot of money to have a nice dinner with my wife at a nice restaurant. What we got instead was seating in a loud hotel lobby and an entree that wouldn’t meet McDonald’s standards. They even charged us $9 Euros for the bottle of water we drank. The soup and desert were fine and we enjoyed the concert, but don’t buy the dinner!
Ballet PROMETHEAN FIRE
I visited the ballet, it was a modern production. I liked everything very much: the price was about 45 euros per ticket and everything was clearly visible. The sound and light were great, the dancers were great. I would love to return to this theatre.

It was an incredible night! We loved the historical setting, it was a cozy environment, the concert was awesome, from the song selection to the performance of the musicians, technically excellent and also heartfelt. If I come back to Vienna, I'll repeat the experience for sure.

We bought tickets for the Lipizzaner Performance in April 2020. And unfortunately we had to cancel because of Covid. We had a very good service with Vienna Concerts; it was very easy to reach them and they refunded us very quickly. I intend to visit Vienna in the near future and will definitely purchase tickets for concerts and the Lipizzaner Performance through Vienna Concerts.

We’d bought tickets online and collected them at the venue on the evening of the performance . This was easy and straightforward. The actual concert was amazing - the venue is great and the performances of everyone was so professional. The underground back to our hotel was easy as well Vienna is without doubt a beautiful City and we enjoyed everything it had to offer - museums, Christmas markets, coffee / tea houses, the fair and Ferris wheel, ice skating, transportation, and food and drink very well priced. Can’t wait to return

We went to the Mozart Ensemble Concert and really enjoyed our evening. Expert musicians in full Vienna dress inside a beautiful concert room made for a more intimate experience where the music was the centerpiece. Lost ourselves in the music and in looking at the beautiful and unique murals inside. A break away from the streets, shopping, crowds of inner Vienna made for a wonderful experience.
