Look up the adress
It was up to us to look up the adress, but since it is called Vienna conserts, we thought it was in Vienna and not Salzburg (app. 3 hours away). We did not make it in time and missed the consert. It should have been more clear, I did not think for a second that it would take place in another part of the country. We did not look up the adress in advance since we thought it did not matter where in Vienna it would be held.

Thank you for your review, Honestly! You rate us as the worst possible, because you booked a concert in Salzburg and expected it to be in Vienna !!! With all due respect, what exactly should have been more clear? There is a special section in our Website with concerts and events in Salzburg. It says Salzburg in the name of the event, it says Salzburg in the venue address, you were provided with Google Map link directly to the venue in Salzburg !!!

Great experience - must see/listen to in Vienna
It was great experience to listen to the Four Season of Vivaldi concert in the Golden Hall of Vienna Musikverein. I would love to come back and attend other performances too.
Wrong information about seating at St Charles Church concert.
I purchased tickets for the most expensive section of St. Charles Church in Vienna. My confirmation email from Vienna Concerts said there would be open seating within each section. I arrived early to secure the best seats but found we assigned seats at the rear of the section. I showed the staff the email from Vienna Concerts. The said Vienna Concerts was mistaken about the seating arrangements.
€20 mark up on €39 tickets!
€20 mark up on €39 tickets!! I foolishly rushed in to buy from this agent but then on seeing the value of the tickets (which was not made clear while purchasing) managed to find the actual theatre site where I could have bought them at face value and no fee! Refund policy charges 50% so not worth doing! Go to the actual site not the one who paid to appear at the top on google

Dear Sir / Madam, Absolute majority of events offered at Viennaconcerts.com does not have any mark up at all. Few events where we have to increase the price are CLEARLY shown in the booking process, including detailed price breakdown. In addition, both face value and price difference are clearly shown in your booking confirmation. For some events where the demand is extreme and are mostly sold out weeks in advance, we ourselves have to pay a much higher price than the face value. We do this in order to be able to offer those events to international customers, but we do it very transparently like no other ticket office (and we insist on this). And finally, 20 EUR mark up on 39 EUR tickets is simply NOT TRUE. It was a 15 EUR mark up, we paid for those tickets a higher price than the face value and you were informed on our website while booking and in your confirmation. You can even check it right now and see that detailed price breakdown is shown while booking with us (while selecting the tickets). We still hope you enjoyed the event. Sincerely, Viennaconcerts.com

On September 3, 2024, the website that I used to order tickets was confusing and apparently reverted to the month of September despite the fact that I had intended to order tickets for an event 3 months later. The confirmation email I received contained the early date (September 4, 2024), not the one I thought I had ordered (December 4, 2024), but it was not easily noticeable. I should have looked at it more closely but the website & confirmation email could be more user-friendly. Traveling from the US to Vienna for the concert was a disappointment since the tickets I ended up having were for a concert that had taken place 3 months earlier, unbeknownst to me. I had spent more than $200 on the tickets but was understandably refused entrance at the door.

Dear Sir / Madam, Thank you for your bookig and please allow us to respond and re-confirm the facts, which you also fairly stated in your comment: - Our Website did not revert the date you chose for the concert. - If there is one thing where the Feedback of our customers is phenomenal, then it is the usability and overview of our website. - You obviously chose the wrong date by mistake. - This date was included in our invoice and later also in the confirmation (2 seperate emails). - Had you noticed the wrong date and contacted us, we would have immediately changed the date at no cost for you. - Unfortunately, events and concerts are not like other goods. Once the event has taken place, we have to pay full price to the event organiser. It is just like missing a plane. We are very sorry. We have absolutely no interest for these cases to happen. Amazing Christmas in Vienna
This was such an amazing way to spend Christmas in Vienna - the musicians were excellent, highly skilled and entertaining. The lead violinist was unbelievable, and the music was surreal in such a beautiful and historic location. Something we all enjoyed and will remember forever!
